Waterfront holiday rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

A very cozy and cute place, very close to the beach. The inner courtyard is truly charming, with a modest but nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Lots of comfy chairs and lazy bags to chill. Though, if you want to chill alone and have some more intimacy, this place isn’t it, as other tenants are quite close to you. The hosts are permanently present, but they are very friendly and they cook amazing food, at a very reasonable price. The interior is a bit more modest and rather small, so it’s best for two persons. At night, there’s a bit of noise from the town, but it’s subdued by the sound of crickets. Overall, highly recommended.

The apartment is at great place in proximity of all important things at Ada Bojana. Easily accessible by car with parking, but also by foot. The apartment is small but it’s beautiful decorated and new, with all amenities you need. There is also a porch, that you can’t see in photos, outside where you can sit in the evening and enjoy. And the highlight for us were the hosts which were incredibly responsive and friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. We are looking forward to next year at Hakuna Matata!

È stato un soggiorno bellissimo! L’appartamento si trova proprio sulla riva del mare, ed ha la spiaggia quasi privata, mai affollata. Ha un terrazzo molto spazioso e privato, con la splendida vista mare. L’alloggio è comodo e pulito. Ci tornerò!

Rafal was easy to communicate with. The apartment is even better than the description and pictures. Everything is clean, and you have enough of a kitchen to make easy meals. The view outside and short walk to the water is an incredible feature. There are a few great restaurants nearby and walking along the waterfront is a beautiful experience. There is a grocery store that is about a 25 minute walk, and there aren't taxis in the village. You'll need a rental car or to connect with a taxi from Bar or Ulcinj to get around beyond the nearby restaurants. Ask Rafal for taxi info. There is a professional laundry service in Ulcinj that was helpful to find and the town is beautiful.

Great place to stay, as described. The pool is just amazing and you have access to the sea too! The location is about a 25 minute walk to the nearest town. Bear in mind there are lots of steps in the accommodation to get down to the pool. The flat was modern and very well decorated and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and very helpful and gave us a video to find out flat and parking etc. A great host!

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Communicative and flexible host. Very nice apartment with a great view and balcony. Great aircon and other facilities. Covered parking and parking matters in Ulcinj! As per location is at the top of the hill with a steep walk back up, so take that in to account. Parking in Ulcinj itself not that easy so bear that in mind. Thanks.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Our stay in Kruče, Montenegro, was very enjoyable. The highlight was the spacious terrace with beautiful sea views, plus a rooftop terrace for even more outdoor space. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the village itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also appreciated the quick access to two nearby beaches, which made it easy to enjoy the coast. The host was very kind and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

Všechno vybavení bylo trochu starší, ale jelikož jsme kategorie, která si nepotrpí na luxus, tak pro nás bylo naprosto v pohodě. Navíc poloha je skvělá a s paddleboardem jsme objeli několik krásných pláží. Pěkné parkovací místo před terasou, ve stínu pod vinnou révou, kterou jsme mohli volně konzumovat. Za nás určitě doporučujeme.

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

It is a very lovely apartment, nice and clean! We loved to stay there! It is close to the beach and close to the bus and train station. Location is perfect for people who travel by public transportation. Everything you need you have in the apartment: clean toilet and shower, a full equipped kitchen, two (!) televisions, a balcony,… Aleksandra is a very good host, she even took a brake from her work to give us the keys! We loved our stay!

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

Mieszkanie nowoczesne, czyste na 4 piętrze (winda) Wyposażone standardowo we wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia – odkurzacz, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Mieszkanie zadbane, czyściutkie widać iż właściciel dba o czystość. Duże dwuosobowe łóżko w sypialni. Tamże duża piękna szafa i kilka szuflad. Można dużo ubrań zmieścić jak i powiesić. W salonie z aneksem kuchennym duża rozkładana sofa. Telewizor. Stół z czterema krzesłami. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Piekarnik, kuchenka ceramiczna, Lodówka z zamrażarką. Można działać. Generalnie mieszkanko młode, nie zniszczone, z elektrycznymi roletami. Na urlop - znakomite. Pod balkonem parking. Reasumując, moim zdaniem na 6.

Byli jsme poprvé v černé hoře. Bylo to super. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, a hostitelé byli moc příjemní. Takže super. 👍👍
