The villa is beautiful, huge, clean, well-equipped in an intimate neighborhood. We were really surprised, the place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the land, something beautiful! There is also a small beach nearby, a few minutes from the villa. We loved the whole place, you can't describe it. Wonderful owner, sweetheart, helpful - great person! Sabina is a very good host ☺️ and gave us very good advice about local places. The location of the house is in a very nice place. You can witness the exquisite view of Velika Beach from every point of the house. The view at sunrise and sunset was truly breathtaking. The house is both very spacious and airy, especially the high ceilings make the atmosphere completely different. It was very convenient to have a parking lot for those who came by car. Everything was very nice, we had a pleasant and peaceful stay.

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Host Spring very warmly welcomed us! The house is very comfortable, clean and full of everything you need. In the fridge, gifts were waiting for us, and also sometimes in the morning we were treated to freshly cut figs. Once every 2 days we cleaned our place, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall, a large balcony. There were 6 of us and everyone was very comfortable and spacious in the house. There was also a bunch of towels that could be used at home. (So you can only take towels for the beach.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Every breakfast we had beautiful sea views. One of us got sick and Spring brought a thermometer and pills, even though it was late at night. Then I really cared about the patient. When the storm started and we were not home, the hostess came by and removed all our belongings that we hung up to dry so they wouldn't get wet. There is always a free, free parking near the house. This is a big plus because parking is a real problem in Montenegro. 10 min from the house there are 3 beaches (both sand and stone), supermarket, market and main street. We are so delighted with both the house and the Spring that now if we come to Ulcinj, we will definitely go to this house! It's very cool spot. We recommend to everyone! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! The apartments that Aleksandar provides are well-kept, clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a nice vacation. The house is located on a wonderful bay. Here you can find peace and privacy, relax from the everyday hustle and bustle. The host is distinguished by kindness, openness and you can always count on his help. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back here.

Cozy flat, with a lovely corner balcony that gets the evening sun, and looks onto the sea. A quiet building and the host family is very friendly and welcoming. Nearby to trails that take you down to the water

The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

Great week by the water - perfect place to relax!

We had a lovely time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the existing kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the house's own sea access. The hosts were accommodating and helpful... gladly again.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Zoran is a very nice host with quick response time! The place is very central with great views of the old town and walking distance (3 min) to the beach.

We were super happy with the accommodation, everything was clean, matched the photos. We especially appreciated the second new bathroom, which was lovely and for multiple people really helpful😁 The host along with the family were very friendly and willing to address anything we needed. I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

Great place to base to explore southern Montenegro from.

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

This place is absolutely stunning! Karin and her husband were so kind to my girlfriends and I. Karin is a true Wonder Woman, she does it all! Her husband was also kind enough to give us tips on where to eat in town and how to best get around. The rooms were clean and the views were THE BEST you'll get in Ulcinj. We also loved that there were robes for everyone upon arrival. In addition, from the space, you can walk down to the restaurant which also connects to the pool. We loved the food at the restaurant and the coffee in the morning and the ease of using accessing the pool. Helpful tip - this Airbnb is the penthouse of Hotel Fryeburg.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!
