Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

The apartment which we was living in for two weeks was exactly as on the pictures. It had everything that we needed. Host was very hospitable and helpful. We felt that host is taking care of us. If we needed anything, we was getting immediate help and advice. We can truly reccomend this place.

Definitely agree with all reviews below. In short, main pluses: - The area where the house is situated is maybe one of the best in town if you want to find clean and quiet place to stay. - The apartment is absolutely same as on pictures. - It is good choice as for family rest, and if you are all alone or with friends. - You can ask any help if you need something for living or you have question about nearby places. - Agim can advice and show really worth-to-visit places in Ulcinj (fish restraunts, markets, beaches inside and outside the town). - It has easy parking place. - It has about 3 small beaches nearby in short walking distance (we didn't experience them, as we where on wide sandy beaches outside the town) - The view to the sea and garden are great. Some minuses not to be too bright: - It's better to have a car if you don't like longwalking throu hills (about 10-15 minutes to the center i suppose) and you want to be in crowdy Ulcinj city every day. - the kitchen on first floor is not big, but it's not a problem as it has every necessary thing and it's possible to get used to it after one or two days of living. Finally, Agim and all his family are just good people.

The host is extremely accommodating,sweet and approachable. I spent the first time with him and generally in Montenegro and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful people, the beautiful place all the best. I'm a very pleasant owner, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is beautiful better than the pictures....clean,tidy, everything you need to use,from the linens, the household appliances, they all have everything.... I'm really very surprised and I can't wait again at his place for the summer. I really felt like home even better....kudos to people and the owner are wonderful. Thank you

Excellent apartment with a gorgeous view, close to the beach and attractions. The host was always in touch and quickly solved the problems that arose. There is a bar on the beach line that plays music for the whole city from 22:00 to 24:00. Be prepared for this, but it is not the fault of the apartment owner. The disadvantages are that there is no salt, sugar, coffee, tea in the apartment. If you want to cook something, you need to take everything with you, including oil, etc.

We spent two weeks in Lidia's apartment. We have been to Montenegro several times before and this was the first time we were able to get to the beach without a car. The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4, we loved the terrace, the tranquility, the beautiful beach and the restaurant. We will definitely go back again.

Daria is a wonderful host, very helpful and fast responding to all our questions, she also helped us arrange airport transfers, so we didn’t have to worry about finding the place. The place has breathtaking sea views and we had all our breakfasts and dinners watching the skies and the sea! The apartment is spacious with everything we needed. And in a remote location how we wanted it with a five minutes walk to the beach! Beach has a lovely little restaurant and sunbeds for a fee. Again exactly how we like it. Nearest town is a short drive away with beautiful historical old part and big supermarkets where we were buying most of our food etc. There is a small fruit and vegetable marquee walking distance from the apartment, however you have to walk along the road. Overall, we really enjoyed our holidays and if you want a quiet stay in a beautiful and remote location, Daria’s apartment is the one for you 💝

We had a truly wonderful time staying in Dobra Voda! The apartment was perfect for our needs, offering a peaceful and inspiring environment where we could focus and get so much done. We stayed for a month while working and preparing for a new assignment nearby, and the combination of tranquility and convenience made it an ideal base. Rasim is a fantastic host and his apartment in Kruce is a beautiful and relaxing haven, tucked in amongst groves of fruit trees in a quiet rural neighbourhood. A short walk away from crystal blue sea, with nature all around (even a wild tortoise wandering through the olive trees), you'd be hard pressed to find a better value, nature laden retreat, on the Montenegrin coast line.

Olga is not only a good landlord, but also a wonderful person! We spent 2 weeks in the apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea! The apartment has everything you need - even an iron and a washing machine! Olga will answer any questions, tell you if you need to learn something and just happy to communicate with you on any topics! :) We felt like we were visiting a longtime friend :). We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

The hosts were very nice. They offered me a cold soda with coffee and cold watermelon several times. We got clean linens several times. Every day, they asked if anything was needed. The apartment is very nice and almost new and sparkling clean. I recommend it to everyone . *5

This place was superbly situated, off the russian street. The host is a great person, willing to help at any time, despite the fact that he was not in Ulcinj, responded promptly to all requests, communicated with acquaintances, and was willing to help you with the cimkolvek. The place met our expectations, we highly recommend it!

All the amenities were a little older, but since we're a category that doesn't like luxury, it was absolutely fine for us. Plus, the location is great and we hiked some beautiful beaches with a paddleboard. Nice parking space in front of the terrace, in the shade under the vines that we could freely consume. We definitely recommend it for us.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

this is a really luxuriously furnished apartment, with all its equipment and accessories. The cleanliness is at a high level. The host is very accommodating and kind, always ready to help. the apartment is located in a good location, so it is easy to reach the big beach, city center, old town…nearby are shops, restaurants and everything you need. We've been here for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again! Communication was great and the check in and check out was super flexible! The apartment has everything that you need. The balcony is of course the highlight with a wonderful view of the sea. Here we have been able to watch many sunsets. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
