Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.
