Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

The place is conveniently located but also feels private and serene. Beautiful surroundings with olive trees, terrace and dining spaces. It is cotemporary but not bland, with artsy touches to the interior. The host is very hospitable, communicative and nice. Definitely reccommended.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

Byłam z mężem i rodzicami w połowie października. Pogoda idealna. Cudowne miejsce, przemili gospodarze, piękny dom i widoki. Czysto. Super wyposażenie- jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Spokojna okolica. Świetny punkt wypadowy. Serdecznie polecany☺️Agnieszka i Grzegorz z rodzinką

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Katarina è stata un host eccezionale!ci ha accolti a casa sua con grande amore! Ogni domanda ha ricevuto immediata risposta e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze! La casa è enorme, il giardino comodissimo e le terrazze meravigliose per mangiare all’aperto! La piscina comoda quando non si vuole andare in spiaggia! Super! Grazie mille Katarina!

We've booked Marija's house for our family get-away and it exceeded our expectations. The house is very private, perfect for relaxing by the pool. It's well equipped, we had everything we needed. The internet connection managed occasional zoom calls, so in case you need to do some remote work here it's not a problem. Marija and her family were some of the most helpful and kind hosts we've ever had, offering lots of help during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Milan, mint házigazda kiválóan magas értékelést érdemel!!! Gyors válasz minden kérdésre, érkezéstől távozásig mindenben segítségünkre volt,hasznos tanácsokkal látott el. A szállás panorámája, tisztasága kifogástalan, a szállás szolgáltatásai hibátlanok voltak, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ami nem Milan hibája, hanem az országé, hogy nagyon sok a szemét az utak mentén, a közlekedés siralmas, van mit fejleszteni nagyon sokat. Az áram és a víz ellátás miatt a kényelmi berendezések nem voltak használhatóak, de ezen könnyen túl lehet lendülni, nekünk sikerült, ez ne szegje kedvét senkinek. A szálláshoz szerintem elengedhetetlen egy autó bérlése, Milan ismerőse megbízható, korrekt, jó áron biztosít hozzá autót! A vezetékes víz fogyasztása nem ajánlott, jó áron lehet venni mindenhol vizet, még a teához, kv hoz, leveshez is csak ezt ajánljuk!!! Gyönyörű látványosságokban gazdag a környék, csak a közlekedés siralmas, erre fel kell készülni.

Zade oli meidän 13 hengen seuruetta vastassa kun saavuimme. Jääkapissa oli kivasti perusasioita, juomaa ja muutamia elintarvikkeita. Huoneet olivat siistit ja tilavat. Oma uima-allas oli hyvä ja erityisesti oma ranta oli huippu, jossa meillä oli käytössä suppilautoja ja pari kajakkia. Viikon aikana saimme muutamia asioita epäkuntoon, mutta Zade korjasi asiat välittömästi. Villa Napoli oli hieno paikka ja ympäristö oli todella kaunis. Suosittelemme kohdetta lämpimästi. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem Charme in den Olivenbäumen gelegen. Fast wie ein kleines Dorf. Sehr gutes Frühstück und super Kommunikation mit Edin. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht testen, sah aber super aus!

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour en famille dans le petit chalet près de la route, au milieu des oliviers, et en compagnie des chats. La plage Valdanos à 2km est très jolie, avec des zones ombragées, un terrain de basket et de volley. Nous avons visité Stari Bar, charmante et chargée d'histoire, avec de bons restaurants ; le lac de Ŝas dans la campagne, paisible ; Ada Boyana, au niveau de l'embouchure du fleuve à Velika Plaza ; Ulcinj assez bruyante malheureusement mais où notre hôte Emro nous a renseigné 2 bons restaurants. Nous remercions Emro qui nous a si bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour.

Świetny tydzień nad wodą - idealne miejsce na relaks!

Really nice apartment in a beautiful location. The space is clean and very well equipped for cooking, and has beautiful views from both balconies. There are several nice swimming areas nearby. Definitely recommended.

Zoran er en veldig hyggelig vært med rask responstid! Stedet ligger veldig sentralt med flott utsikt over gamlebyen og gangavstand (3 min) til stranden.

The bamboo house is a magical place. If you want to relax, that is the place. I wish we had more than two days to simply enjoy the place, which is the beauty of the whole experience at the river of Bojana. The house is fully equipped with many little things that can make your sty even more comfortable. Super clean and everything smelling fresh. Much more spacious than expected. There is also a kayak at the house that we used and sailed along the river. It all was lovely. The communication with the host was great and he was very kind.

Communicative and flexible host. Very nice apartment with a great view and balcony. Great aircon and other facilities. Covered parking and parking matters in Ulcinj! As per location is at the top of the hill with a steep walk back up, so take that in to account. Parking in Ulcinj itself not that easy so bear that in mind. Thanks.

Al nostro arrivo i genitori di Lazar ci hanno accolto super gentili e disponibili. La stanza era come da descrizione e come da foto con una vista stupenda sul mare. In 7 minuti a piedi avevamo tutto a disposizione, ma per il mare consigliamo Miami beach o Safari beach sono molto più organizzati e la spiaggia è enorme(più che altro lo consiglio a famiglie che hanno bimbi piccoli) Lazar è sempre stato presente tramite messaggi e tutto è filato liscio. Speriamo di tornare presto.
