House holiday rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

Super expérience, le cadre de cette maison est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous ! Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et attentionné tout au long de nos vacances ! Un grand bravo pour à eux pour avoir construit ce joli nid de tranquillité au milieu de la nature et des animaux !

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

الفيلا مميزة و فخمة جدا و مصممة بطريقة رائعة و تملك اطلالات ساحرة على البحر اكل الغرف و يوجد فيها كل المميزات التي نريدها، قضينا انا و عائلتي وقتا جميلا و استمتعنا كثيرا ، المطاعم قريبة خمس دقائق بالسيارة وكذلك السوبر ماركت ،

Przekochana mama gospodarza, chętna do rozmów w języku niemieckim. Apartament czysty, zadbany w pięknej okolicy. Do plaży i sklepów jest bardzo blisko. Jedyny minus to bardzo słabe wifi, ale to wcale nie tak źle, bo przecież nie przyjeżdżamy na wakacje dla internetu. Gorąco polecam!

We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

The property is truly terrific. The house is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The terrace under the kiwi tree is divine, it is pleasant and cool day and night. Although the house has no AC, this is not a problem at all. It cools down at night and is perfectly suitable to keep cool during the day. Katarina and her family are very kind, responsive and considerate. They made us feel at home from the very start.

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

We can talk about how beautiful and accurate the display on Airbnb is all day...but what is not mentioned enough is how friendly, helpful and professional Andjelo and Vera are ... in fact their entire family including their beatiful and well behaved children have been nothing short of incredible...we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and as the Irish say " May the wind always be at your back." William and Tetiana.

Great location, especially for families with small Kids. Close to the sea, 5 min by car. Nice and kind owner. Had some troubles with the spiders inside the house old furniture, sofa). No WiFi, so should be ready to have SIM with Internet. Very quite and beautiful place for relax, near all neccessary for rest condition!

Wir empfehlen jedem, diesen Ort zu besuchen. Villa Diana steht zur Verfügung, um zu entspannen. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Unser Urlaub war großartig. Ein großes Dankeschön an Игорь für die Herzlichkeit und den geschaffenen Komfort für die Erholung.

Everything was perfect! Kimi is a great host, always willing to help and provide recommendations about the area. The place was exactly as in the pictures. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for having some quality time with family and friends. Kimi offered a nice selection of Montenegrin wine, and before our departure, he gifted us multiple bottles so we can remember our nice time in Montenegro. Thanks for all! And maybe see us another time! 🙂

Ольга не только хороший арендодатель, но ещё и замечательный человек! Мы провели 2 недели в апартаментах, с чудесным видом на море! В квартире есть все необходимое - даже утюг и стиральная машина! Ольга ответит на любые вопросы, подскажет, если вам что-то необходимо узнать и просто с радостью пообщается с вами на любые темы! :) У нас было ощущение, что мы в гостях у давней подруги :). Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, w domu bardzo czysto, łatwy kontakt z właścicielami, wszystkie sprawy załatwiane od ręki, 10 minutowy spacer do plaży lub klifu, gdzie można podziwiać zachody słońca. Gospodarze przywitali nas lokalnymi owocami, przyjechali samochodem na lotnisko za dodatkową opłatą. Polecamy spróbować grillowanych ryb w wykonaniu przyjaciela Jamiego Olivera! Gorąco Polecamy!

Radovan çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Uzun süredir seyahatte olduğumuz için çamaşırları yıkamak için bize yardımcı oldu.. Evin konumu çok güzel..çay veya kahve içmek için çok güzel bir balkon var.. 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde Harika bir deniz var.. Bir kaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde restoranlar kafeler ve marketler var.. Eğer fırsatımız olsaydı orada bir kaç gün daha kalırdık..

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The host was welcoming and attentive. The property was immaculate and well-equipped, with a great location for easy access to local attractions. One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

We have had a most lovely holiday at Victor's place. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! The house is spacious with three separate floors. The see views from any of the three terraces are gorgeous. A short easy walk takes you to the local beach with bars and restaurants. A small village shop on the way. More shops are a short drive away as well as a bigger town - Bar. The Old Bar is a great tourist attraction very close plus a lot of hiking with more spectacular views. A sand beach only 15 minutes away by car. But it is just so lovely to rest on the terrace of the house. Wi-Fi was really fast, TV with lots of channels in all languages, hot water in showers and comfy seats all around. Laundry, kitchen, etc. all working great to suit a family of six easily. We really loved our holiday. Highly recommended. Oh, and also the tortoises in the a separated part of the garden! An everyday fun of finding and counting them all in the morning.

The house is excellent, spacious, and very well equipped. The price is justified by the quality and everything it offers. The location is also great. Highly recommended.
