Holiday rentals with a patio in Ulassai

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

The accommodation is very conveniently located and the apartment although small for 4 people is very cozy. The beaches nearby are beautiful and one thing I really like about the airbnb is that in the driveway you have a patio with a hose which is perfect to remove the sand you bring stuck on the body before entering the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the house was delivered clean. One thing to take into account is that all doors must stay open at night for the air conditioning to circulate properly throughout the house as there is only one air in the kitchen. Laura was communicating quickly and efficiently with us and they even have a guidebook that helps you a lot with nearby sites.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment met our needs and was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was also very clean. The sea, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. Great communication. Inquiries and problems were responded to immediately. We can gladly recommend this apartment. The place is definitely worth visiting for a few days. Parking was available for us on the street, but it could also be tight. It should also be noted that the location is rather isolated, as it is quite mountainous all around. Thank you for everything.

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

We were allowed to stay in Federica's wonderful house for 10 days. The house was very clean and we were very comfortable. The decor was very new and modern. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There are many seating options, the kitchen is well equipped down to the last detail. The location of the house is perfect for a family. The proximity to a beautiful bathing bay was ideal. Communication was smooth and reliable.

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

Pleasant experience, apartment adequate and true to description. We immediately found parking right in front, the village is nice and the people are friendly. All surrounded by silence, you can only feel nature. We were greeted on time and received all the directions on the spot, bars and pizzeria, services, etc. The house is well cared for and super clean, we only used one bedroom and everything was in order. Although the mattress was not comfortable, I still leave a 5-star rating in the hope that it will be changed as soon as possible. The other unclear aspect is the civic numbers of houses in Via Roma, there are still old tags with old numbers and we went a little further but it's really all within walking distance and we found the house easily. Great garden outside, we had breakfast with local swallows. All promoted!

Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

Even though we only stayed at the Airbnb for two nights, we had a wonderful stay! We loved the Airbnb, everything as described and the garden was particularly beautiful! In April we had the beach almost to ourselves. Bathing was even possible, so like to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles, everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Mrs. Daniela very helpful and communicative and attentive to the needs of its guests. Very nice one-bedroom apartment located inside a small building, very well cared for and clean, furnished with great taste and complete with everything you can feel at home. About a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Tortoli and just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended

I would not only give this accommodation 5, but preferably 10 stars - because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this accommodation.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.
