it was a beautiful holiday in a lovely and well furnished apartment. with a view of the ocean by day and the sound of waves by night. we really enjoyed joeys house and it was very convenient to have a restaurant next door. everyone was very friendly and we had a great and relaxing time. thanks!

Great place to stay in Diani. 10 mins walk to the beach, apartment is in the building with security. No strangers are coming inside the property. Apartment is very nice, a lot of space and everything is equipped. Housekeeping is available. Air conditioning in every room. Although there might be a power shortage sometimes, however I think this was a general issue of the town. Pool is great, a little bit warm :D Communication with owner is amazing, very helpful. We receive a guide with instructions and useful information. All requests were completed in a very fast way and host is very polite and nice. Do not recommend the restaurant upstairs, but there are plenty of options in the town. Must say that the driveway to the building is harsh, road is not built there. Car was okay, but a little bit hard in tuktuk. I would recommend the apartment, very cozy, big and close to the Bach. Good standard for the price.

The host was very kind and helpful. It was my first visit to Diani, so it took a little adjusting to how our journey had been leading up to this part. Our tuk tuk driver was excellent and we felt comfortable getting around once we understood our surroundings. The staff was available when we needed help.

I enjoyed my stay at Catherine's place. The place was very comfortable and spacious. There are many activities to do within the area, and Catherine is very responsive before and after check-in. We appreciate the hospitality. Definitely recommend it.

The place was really spacious, neat and close to other amenities like supermarket, hospitals and the beaches. However, the security is a bit lacking. The security man kept asking us for money. And the gate is literally falling apart which makes it a bit unsafe. The compound is very shabby and dirty so it needs a bit of maintenance

We loved this place so much that I drew a floorplan as a perfect blueprint for a 2-bed bungalow back home. Of course it has lovely finishings and so free of clutter that I could never actually emulate it. Beautifully decked out with local furniture. Really spacious. Huge terrace. Utter perfection. An easy walk to the white sands of Diani beach. Altogether a fantastic couple of days. Definitely planning to come back to this place with family. Tom replied within 30s every time we needed him. Wow, what an amazing holiday! Tim was fantastic in helping us to decide whether his villa was right for us prior to booking. He also put us in touch with his local 'fixer' who helped us to book train tickets, trips and transport all at very reasonable and competitive prices. The villa is fabulous. We were spoilt for space as a family of 4 and didn't actually end up using the cottage as there was ample space in the main house. The house is furnished traditionally and we felt a million miles from home which is just what we wanted. The pool was the real highlight for us! The villa is staffed which was a new experience for us but we were quickly made to feel very comfortable. The chefs food is incredible. The housekeeper is lovely and she works tirelessly to keep everything spotless. The gardener/pool guy was a real star and we enjoyed having a laugh with him. We didn't see much of night security but we always felt extremely safe and appreciated him. 10/10 from start to finish

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

We stayed a week at Eurika main villa and was very happy with the whole experience. As a family of six people it was a great option with plenty of social area at the front porch and access to a well maintained and clean pool. The house is in a quiet and very lush area. The host Marianne is super helpful. Access to the beach is easy, less than 10 minutes away by foot and there are several good restaurants close by. The optional chef/cooking service is highly recommended. We would love to come back some day.

Wonderful stay. One of it’s kind. Worth every penny. Ken, our cook, prepared nothing but a variety of delicious meals. Josephine, the adorable, is a very unique lady with a heart of gold. Rachelle, the manager, made our stay very remarkable. As far as the guards, they went above and beyond at making sure we were safe and well cared for. This place is s gem, and if accepted back, we will definitely visit again. If ever up for sale, please let us know. My family would love to call that property home. We had a fantastic stay at kiko’s beautiful Villa . The house is very nice clean, and well-maintained with tropical garden— perfect for a relaxing getaway. Kiko and Cathy were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, welcome meal were provided since we have arrive late: They went above and beyond by arranging a private chef (Eric)for us including shopping for all the groceries, and the meals were amazing! and also helped coordinate transportation to and from the airport. The location is ideal — just a 10-minute walk to the beach or you can take Tuktuk to the beach. The house also has its own private pool and a great garden outdoor where we could hang out and chill. We were a group of 7 families, and the space was more than enough for all of us. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Shamila’s home has beautiful character. My family loved the private swimming pool and the on site massages. We also utilized the chef who prepared many meals for us that were all flavorful and what we requested. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. We had a couple minor problems when we first arrived (a faucet and WiFi not working) and they immediately started working to resolve the problem. The staff recommended an excursion for us that turned out to be a highlight of our time there (glass bottom boat ride, snorkeling, and camel rides). We cannot say enough great things about the home and the hospitality we received from the staff. We hope to return some day to enjoy the facilities and the food again.

Anna was a great host and it was so lovely to have our chocolate Labrador join us and enjoy the location right by Galu Beach. Anna has 2 really cute ridgebacks who are super friendly and got along with our dog. The house was super cute and clean, and perfect for a couple with a dog. Walking distance from Salty Squid and close to a kit surfing school as well. It was slightly hot during the night, but Anna provided an extra fan which did wonders! Although it is a studio, it was very nice. Jackie is cooperative and responsive. This studio is situated in a former hotel, but it's clean and quarded. The garden with nice swimmingpools, which are being taken care of, is directly connected to the beach. The beach is awesome. Left and right, you will also find a good restaurant/terrace for staying at the beach. For the ones who want to go to a restaurant or to enjoy nightlife, there are taxis at the gate. So all in all a very good place to stay.

My stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Diani was nothing short of spectacular! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the soft white sand and turquoise waters at any time of the day. One of the most magical experiences was watching the morning sunrise from the property. The view was absolutely breathtaking as the golden rays reflected off the ocean, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony or taking an early walk along the shore, the sunrise here is unforgettable. The house itself is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was welcoming.

Queensy is a warm host. She communicated proactively and anticipated our needs. She was present at check-in which was delayed, and present also when we checked out- which was early. Her house has a beautiful view of the Diani skyline and is close to multiple amenities including restaurants and the supermarket. Queensy was very obliging- she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort even helping connect us to an amazing chef whose meals were memorable. We hope to be back!

Faith is a kind and responsive host. I always choose to stay with her when I am in Diani as I know I can count on her to always be available. The place itself is in the best location at Blue Marlin and next to Salty Squid, but also with fully equipped amenities. I would recommend to anyone!

There’s a reason this place is a Guest Favorite!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elodie’s place is quite literally the quintessential Diani Beach Swahili living experience. It’s literally a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and all the hotspots and sevicra and amenities. You wont need a car at all although it’s always a plus to explore further. From the architecture of the rooms and house to the warm welcoming we received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking it! If an authentic comfortable experience is what you’re looking for - this is it. I have to also say the staff is the probably the best we’ve ever had in our travels. They helped us with everything we needed, gave us amazing guidance and info of the area. The cleaning was also great. Human touch is everything. The people you’ll meet too are also everything here, as you’ll see in many other reviews.
