The villa is in the Rafiki Tamu Resort near the center and the beaches, about 5 minutes walk. The villa, recently built, offers new Swaili style furnishings. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The rooms are airy and bright and on the first floor you will have a semi-open African-style suite, bamboo walls and a personal bathroom. In the garden there is a splendid 30 m swimming pool. Included daily cleaning service, chef service on request. We have the same villa for groups. wi fi included

Our home is partially run on solar power and the gardens and swimming pool are fed with collected rainwater. Between dips in the pool and swims at the nearby beach, take a meditative walk among the 40+ coconut trees, tropical flowers, & endless plants. Sanjarah Cottage is a delight. It is a wonderfully designed space set in a lush garden, with two en-suite double bedrooms, a gorgeous swimming pool and a long veranda with dreamy day beds. The open plan living room and very well equipped kitchen, offers a great place to chill and the cottage is fully staffed. It’s an easy 20 min walk to the beach and a few minutes to the creek. Jane’s place is a dream! It was so beautiful and serene. There great service from Samuel and Lillian who are around to help with keeping the place clean. Jane was also very good with communication all through. Her dogs are just gems too; very friendly! 😊 I especially loved the private pool in the space. I cannot wait to book another trip to Watamu.

Quiet and bright Dar Jamaa with chef

This was my second time staying at this villa, and it was just as amazing as the first—if not better! I came with a group of friends for my bachelorette trip (first time for most of them), and the experience was unforgettable. The staff truly made our stay special. William, the chef, was incredible—he made sure we were always well-fed, worked around our timings, and even helped with our daily shopping needs. Mercy and Tatu kept the villa spotless and were so sweet, even making us some chips one afternoon when we had a craving! Vincent ensured the pool was always clean and helped out with anything we needed. Our hosts, Philippe and Soltana, were so accommodating and warm. Even though the villa is for 8 and we were 9, they helped us with extra arrangements and were genuinely excited for our girls trip. They checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-catered, and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautifully decorated with great taste and attention to detail. Saada and Jumwa helped out with the cooking and cleaning which made our stay very enjoyable.The location was also very convenient — close to everything we needed. Our host was very accomodating and responsive - we would definitely stay again!
