Wonderful and lovely estate! Very cozy, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful garden. All guests really enjoyed their time at this hotel.

Luxurious and exceptional stay! The photos match the location and it really is as good as it looks. Great location on a cliff overlooking the water. Beautiful venue. All the facilities on the compound are in great condition. We had a fantastic stay with a group of friends and we were waited on exquisitely! We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, boat, electric bicycles and all were great! Iurie, the owner even pulled out a ping pong table and also made it so we could watch the Euro Soccer tournament outside! The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. You won’t need much to be comfortable there. There are a lot of mosquitos do bring protection and build a fire to keep them away! Staff live on the compound, and throughout our stay at a few additional people came and went on the compound unannounced and even other people who stayed the night in a small camper 🤷‍♂️. The AirBnB listing says you have the place to yourself, but we did not. The staff and other people share the same outdoor amenities and the same kitchen. If you are not expecting this, it can be awkward. The rooms are nice and comfortable, air conditioning is in two of the room. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and eager to help. My group was expecting complete privacy so we were caught a little off guard, but nonetheless, they did their absolute best to make us happy and comfortable throughout.

Lovely hospitality form Viktor. Cosy safe and great view cabin, also close to service. All needs are available in the cabin even dishes in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

A very neat and tidy house with all the necessary amenities. Great location in the centre of town. We were welcomed very friendly. During the trip we had good communication with valentyna and Victoria, which was a good extra.

Dear, in the future guests of this location. It would be possible to try to find fault with something, but there is nothing to it. We (a group of 10 people) liked everything. Cozy, all the attributes of the weekend are available. If you go for more than three days in a row, take care to talk with Alina the cleaning conditions, since you don't want to, and in two days you go here, you will want to refresh the room. we also paid about two thousand UAH for the window sill burned with a cigarette, which, as Alina assured me will be completely replaced. morality: cleanliness and order are the key to health and any comfortable stay. all have a pleasant weekend. thank you very much to the hosts

The house is charming, spacious, and cozy, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, right next to the river, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores, and a 25 minute walk to the center. Irina is a welcoming, communicative, kind, and attentive host. Her father is a nice cab driver who kindly drove us to a remote hiking trail. He even walked me to the nearby Jewish cemetery, and showed me homes where Jewish families used to live, which was very special. We didn't have time to use the sauna house, but it was nice to have the option. This was an ideal place to have a gathering with a group of people interested in different activities, as there are a lot of common spaces in addition to the six bedrooms. My favorite part was the balcony, which is accessible from the hallway, and overlooks the mountains and river. We saw a beautiful sunrise from there the first morning!

The place is worth to go. Nice and clean peaceful place for chilling. I recommend it. There are 7 people of as who enjoyed staying there

Location is very central and nice. Parking, supermarket, restrants, all are very near and Homwoener is very freindly and helper person. We will reservation again wiht Eldar

Incredible chance to stay in beautiful house with company or with your beloved one Definitely a place to stay if you have car or like to walk a lot Many traditional houses around, amazingly good hiking routes behind house Host and her family are great, friendly and honest persons They can give you cool local tips and help with cooking goods if you decided to prepare something by yourself and forget to buy something small from shops And if you will get to this house during traditional Ukrainian holidays as example - Christmas - you will experience unforgettable adventures and feelings of time travel :)

This is one of the best houses we've stayed in. Good hosts, kind, always respond and take care of. A large warm house, with two bathrooms, 4 rooms and a large living room. Everything is absolutely as pictured, but I live even better. There is a super cozy gazebo where you can spend the evening in the company. We recommend to everyone🤚😊

Complete privacy, just you and the mountains. A large 3-storey house, nice interior, all the barbecue utensils. There were 14 of us, so a huge cauldron came in handy. The indoor pool was initially perceived as a drawback, but it turned out to be the opposite: large panoramic windows in the pool, warm water, rain protection. Great! There is a river nearby, in summer the water is relatively warm, you can plunge. The rustic store is approximately 20 minutes away. The owner is an extremely nice woman, always in contact, very kind. The downside is the road, it's bad. Our arrival did not have a terrace on the second floor (but they promise to pick up). The overall experience is super! For a large company, it's better not to think of a place.

We stayed with a large group, everything was great, a lot of space, a lot of space, well-maintained and neat. Sauna and summer pool are clean. It was pleasant to communicate with the host Yuri. I recommend.

The only thing is the location, if you want to get around without a car or have access to good routes, then you need to think about the transfer.
