My children and I liked everything, we relaxed in a quiet place. Great nature around! The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, has everything you need - a lot of space to relax, wide beds, there are also workplaces, the kitchen has a lot of dishes and appliances (for example, the oven is not much where there is, also a microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc.). It was very atmospheric that there was a real tree in the living room with decorations and string lights. The fireplace also added a winter flavor. Always in touch withthe host and Vladimir, who cares about comfort. Special thanks for transfers! This is important if you are not in a car. Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay.

If there's one word to describe our stay at Viktor's cottage, it would be "perfect." Everything surpassed our expectations. A paradise, just a short drive from Kyiv. Let's start with the cottage. Viktor clearly spared no expense in creating this cozy space. From the gorgeous wooden furniture to the heavenly wood-fired sauna, everything is spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and looks even more charming in real life than in the photos. The cottage sits on a private lake, and is surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful forest with many great walking trails to enjoy nature. We spent our days listening to the birds and frogs, swimming, basking in the sauna, and enjoying the feeling of total peace and privacy. It's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, or a relaxing rest for a small family. Viktor and his family were incredibly friendly and responsive, and made our stay not only comfortable, but luxurious. We can't wait to come back to this incredible place.

A wonderful apartment, we came to the conclusion that we would be happy to live in this apartment, because it feels like home). Very cozy, all furniture and appliances were in good condition, everything was at hand, clean and tidy. The location is generally beautiful, in the very center of Odessa, 5 minutes to Deribasivska, where there are many establishments and shops. We were with a dog, and it's a big plus that the hosts are willing to stay with animals. There were no problems with parking either. Communication with the host was very convenient and minimal, because everything was clear from the instructions. And this greatly simplifies the arrival and departure processes. Thank you very much for such comfortable conditions. We will be happy to stay longer.

A small cozy apartment. Everything is thought out for the guest's stay to the smallest detail. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, plates, cups, frying pan...). Induction stove, kettle. There is an iron, an iron board. TV, fridge, microwave. Automatic washing machine, electric dryer. Lots of lockers. Everything is there and nothing is superfluous. The most positive emotions.

Very satisfied with the stay in a house in the forest, a calm quiet place, around - a wonderful forest and mountains. The house is spacious, modern, light, decorated with beautiful furniture. The house has everything you need, the smallest trinkets are all thought out. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable, the linens are of high quality. Beautiful large terrace, fireplace, panoramic windows - everything is impeccable. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back again!

For the second time we rented this room, because I really liked the house) On the way back after the trip, we decided that we would not find it better. And this time it was great too! Everything is clean, beautiful, has everything you need. It was already cold outside these days, but there is an option to turn on the heating in the house. And so it gets warm very quickly. Very welcoming and very responsive to requests. everything was impeccable during our stay. The only thing I can criticize is that dogs can pass under the barriers. And the bottom floor is starting to show its age, otherwise everything was great. Thanks again and hope to see you again soon.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owners even accommodated our request for an additional item a few days before our arrival. A beautiful house with everything for a comfortable stay. A restaurant has recently opened nearby, so if you do not want to go to the city or cook on your own, then this is ideal (because it is very far to walk, but you can't drive three times a day😅). There are almost no houses around, no people, forest, mountains, there is an opportunity to relax in the sauna and vat. Separately, we are grateful to the administrator Vasyl, who was always in touch, advised the establishments, helped with a taxi and everything that arose questions. Happy to come back again!
