The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, clean, modernly furnished, and I appreciate many thoughtful touches, for example, a prepared dog bed and dog mats. I can recommend a place to relax with friends, barbecue, and relax in the garden by the pool. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Great place: large well maintained area and quiet house. Pluses: Comfortable beds, a lot of space, various entertainment like billiards, a vat, also a caring hostess who is in touch and will help solve any issues. Overall a very nice place to relax and spend time with family or friends. One thing to look for is the road.

It is a great place to escape everything, enjoy mountain views and nature. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and didn't feel like coming home. very many little things made with guest attentiveness. Host Vitaliy is super communicative and ready to help with any question. We highly recommend this place to relax 🖤

The lodge is very cozy and warm. The swing is a separate love, I worked outside for three days with a nice view. This has been my dream for a few years. The yard is quiet, the area is quite large. Pavel shared firewood for the grill for free. Special thanks for helping our mother did not contact the rental house.

Hello, We stayed for a week at the end of May, I liked everything. Good location, great view, coziness, various recreation area (sauna, hammocks, swings , bicycles, etc.). I really liked the huge swing on the hill of the yard, full of relaxation in the morning and in the evening. Nearby there is a forest for walks, Tustan fortress and a spring with delicious water, as well as the cafe "Korchma in Zen" where you can eat deliciously . Recommended for relaxation. Very satisfied with the rest! Friendly and positive owner, told everything about where to go to buy, where to shop, where to buy firewood. Spacious and clean house, equipped with everything you need (bedding, towels, dishes, etc.). Even offered beach mats. Nice and large courtyard, there is a grill, a swimming pool and a parking space for a car. Which was especially important to us, we were welcomed with 3 large dogs, very friendly, so you can confidently say that the place is PetFriendly. The sea is 3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. But very incredible views, wild beaches where almost all of us were alone to the entire beach. A sincere recommendation from the soul, the place is very great.

The hosts were very quick to find 2 cribs. At moments with the water supply to one of the rooms reacted quickly. The house is very warm and cozy. Thank you very much for our stay and we wish you good visitors.

Incredible place close to Kiev. Very tidy, cozy and friendly. The only thing I would improve is the fence on the property - each side of the fence is poorly secured at the bottom, which allows small active dogs to climb out of the territory. But I'm sure this problem is solved easily as it can be seen that the owners are taking care of the house and improving it. We'll come again!

A good choice for a few quiet days in the woods. There are some houses in the area, but it is very quiet and green - as advertised. Wifi was strong, stable power supply. The road leading to the house can get a bit tricky when it rains, but it's walkable if you leave your car at the bottom of the hill. Would come back for another visit!

Great house in an incredible location! The views are mesmerizing. Most loved the BBQ place, which sits right above the river that runs near the house. Nice and tidy area. The house and furniture are wooden, so be prepared for creaking sounds:-) The beds are double, but not very large, for example the three with a small child will not fit. The hostess was very quick to respond and responded to all requests. Thank you Oksana for a great stay!

Sauna and cold jacuzzi are great amenities Kitchen equipped The access road is not a pavilion. It may need a little high car and no clear google maps for the hut, so the owner of the cottage sent her brother by car to receive us and sign us on the road. This is one of the things that indicate the interest of the owner of the house.

A great place to relax. A cozy cabin with everything you need. the only advice to the owner to still organize the continuity of electricity. The house or generator will be a very big singing, because in the morning without light and water is a little sad.

Everything is great, from the location of the villa and the bath to the raspberry jam that Oksana treated us to! The place allows you to truly relax, look at the stars and enjoy the architecture of the home. There is everything you need for children or pets.
