In 2 minutes walking distance is the sailing school where they offer various courses for the kids during the summer holidays.

The house has all the comforts and has a nice veranda, luxurious bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped (living)kitchen. In the summer you can swim right outside the door. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
