Lakeside garden apartment

Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

Das auf Stelzen stehende Seehaus befindet sich direkt am Bodensee. Auf der Terrasse und von innerhalb des Hauses lassen sich wunderbar die Landschaft, die Atmosphäre am Ufer und dem See sowie die Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich an sehr ruhiger Lage ausserhalb der Ortschaft und eignet sich für Ruhesuchende, welche sich gerne mit Natur umgeben.

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 1 is ideal for 2 guests.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
