Stunning home and beautiful location! I had a really relaxing stay, and loved that I was steps away from a pristine beach and could hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment was in pristine condition and offered everything I could need. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

We enjoyed staying at Villa Rozaria very much. The villa is hard to find initially, but with directions and Google Maps location it worked. Marija personally welcomed us - she and her husband were great hosts! We got along great and had good conversations! It is always available for questions by phone and responds to requests. Villa has two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and an illuminated closet. In the third bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. In addition, a bathroom and an excellently equipped kitchen - everything your heart desires! Also the living and dining room and a large terrace. On the lower floor is the second bathroom with the washing machine, the fitness area, the sauna and another kitchen with large dining tables in and outside. Great pool and hot tub - a successful holiday!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway after visiting the crowded cities of Croatia — quiet, private, and surrounded by beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, as well as cozy evenings at the BBQ area. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A great bonus was having access to four bikes, perfect for exploring the area — and the high-quality ping pong table, which made for some really fun moments. What truly made the experience stand out was the hospitality. The host welcomed us so warmly, and we immediately felt at home. A special thank you to Elena, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay — always there when we needed anything. If you're looking for peace, comfort, and amazing hospitality, this place has it all. But for sure you need a car if you want to explore the area. We’d love to return!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Poljicko Imanje is a great place, and the family is taking so good care of you. The house is especially great, if you want to stay in a quiet, beautiful place away from mass turism, but still in short driving distance to Split. We have travelled many places, but this was actually one of the best places we have ever stayed! I would emphasize the following things: 1) The location is beautiful with great views 2) The garden was providing us with lots of good vegetables, and it was a pleasure just to go there. 3) Entertainment: Big swimmingpool (cleaned every morning), jacuzzi, small football field, petanque, pool, table tennis and dart - with 4 children aged 23, 21, 19 and 10 we made lots of fun competitions. 4) Travelling with a big family it is good with 4 bedrooms. 5) The host family is so nice, and they helped us with good advice to see some local things. 6) Rafting (also host family) was so much fun ending with amazing food prepared for us. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. Super nice and clean. Simona and Denis were very friendly and helpful. Simona responded to questions very quickly. Even the refrigerator was filled with the most important things, so you don't have to go shopping right away. Beautiful holiday, we will come back.

This tiny home was everything I was looking for- peace, quite and a complete connection wit nature. The house is surrounded by pine trees, providing perfect shade and a relaxing atmosphere and the outdoor kitchen under the pines added to the whole experience. I especially enjoyed the hammocks and the spectacular view of the sea and mountain. This is the ideal spot for anyone looking to escape the crowds, yet still be close to everything they need especially to beautiful beaches. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat i nature.
