Villa holiday rentals in Udupi

Great place to stay when visiting Udupi or Manipal. Stay is just 10 mins drive from manipal, 30 mins from Malpe beach and 15 min from Krishna Temple. Property is well maintained, has very good ventilation, very spacious and gives a homely vibe. Over and above host is just amazing and exceptionally helpful and proactive. Great place to have a wonderful time with your friends or family.

What a fantastic find! This brand new homestay was spacious and comfortable. The hosts, Suresh and family, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They suggested great places to visit and their cook prepared delicious food, especially the unique sambar and idli. They could also accommodate of our requests for seafood dishes. Amenities are also great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here.

Right in the middle of town yet calm and peaceful. 10 mins walk to pretty much everything. super clean and neat.

The property was really well maintained, with prime location near the beach.. it has right mix of seclusion and at the same time not too far from the hustle of the beach.. all the amenities were functioning without any glitch.. O'Neil, the host was really polite and accommodating, he was always available on phone to answer the queries if any.. The experience was pleasant overall, and the family loved their stay there 😀

Awesome place with a direct ocean view. The unit was very clean and maintained well. Worth a stay and reenergize after a hard days work in the city.

Ajay is a nice host and the Big Pineapple Estate stayed true to its description. A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, nestled in a pineapple farm. Ajay's parents were also very supportive and helpful. Swimming pool is a huge bonus. Rooms were clean. Surely a place to relax, unwind and connect with nature.

I stayed in this location on May 3rd 2025 to 5th May 2025. It was awesome experience. If you want to stay out of city life buzz and just want nature this is the location. Location is Little far from city.

The place was well maintained and neat. it was very homely and the table was set up well and ready for dinner, as we checked at about 7pm. Prathiksha and Mallika were very courteous and relatively easy to get in touch with for any small requests. All in all it was a neat and nice little weekend getaway.

Had a great stay at this beautiful villa! The place is spacious with a lovely garden and a hammock to relax in. The pool was clean and perfect for a good time with friends. Caretakers were polite and helpful throughout. We even spotted a peacock on the property which made the experience special. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove and microwave. Note: non-veg food isn’t allowed. Overall, a peaceful and fun spot—great for small gatherings or a chill getaway!

Big pineapple estate was an amazing estate to be at. One of the best experiences I've had. They cater to all your needs. their restaurant suggestions are also very good. There is a good restaurant called pranam nearby for good food. Also Ajay's parents who live there are also very friendly and helpful

Booked this place for a small vacation. The stay was truly worth it. The hospitality was great and they made sure we were comfortable. The arrangements were well made before we arrived. Would definitely recommend!
