The apartment is great, best location. We are not winter sports enthusiasts, but nature lovers and we love the mountains. We were there in May and were immediately enthusiastic. There were very few houses inhabited, we have not experienced such peace yet. For us it was perfect. The view of the mountain landscape is truly indescribable. Simply enjoy in comfortable balcony chairs. Nearby is the Krimml Waterfall, which is definitely worth seeing. About an hour away by car is the Kitzlochklamm, which you should also look at. The Grossglockner High Alpine Pass is also highly recommended. The apartment has two parking spaces in the underground garage (roller door + key) where cars and bikes can be safely parked. With the well-equipped kitchen, self-catering is no problem. If you want to go to the mountains and the apartment is available, book immediately. Accept the weather forecast. We would come back anytime.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

It was a wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and were able to end the evenings after a long day of skiing by cooking together as the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We will definitely be coming back.

The two of us arrived in Jenbach with a dog for a week. Despite a three-hour late arrival at the property, we were very kindly received by Günther and Katja. When we left, the driveway was snowed, whereupon Günther quickly came to our help and freed the driveway from snow and ice for us. Communication was great and the place was really very clean. Our expectations were significantly exceeded as the apartment is very very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, board games). A small "starter package" (water, juice, fruit, etc.) was also available to us on arrival. We got lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. Katja also sent us nice routes for walking the dog. We had a very nice week and would highly recommend the place to anyone. We will be happy to come back!

It was a peaceful location with easy access. Everything was as per the description, and Sebastian was very responsive to our queries.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Our stay was super nice. The parking was right in front of the house, which was great. The mountains had felt close to grab and even marvel at the breakfast table. We had just arrived immediately in the holiday feeling. We had also felt well taken care of with our questions and were received in a very friendly manner.

The property is very luxuriously furnished. We felt very comfortable. The spa is an eye-catcher. Kitzbühel can be reached in 5 minutes by car, so all shopping facilities. Host has always been available. The only point of criticism is: proximity to the main road. The car noises can be heard on the balcony or on the terrace.

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

The apartment was clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, making it feel just like home. The owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. But the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view—waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Alps was truly unforgettable. It was definitely a good time to relax and a great place to stay.

We had a great time at this accommodation! Everything worked out very well. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to explore. The train station is only 5 minutes' walk away! I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

We stayed with our family for a week and felt very comfortable. For six adults and two children, Alpenfriede offers a great starting point for the great Tyrolean surroundings and Lake Achensee. We would book the accommodation again at any time and thank Karien and her family for the wonderful time that their apartment made possible for us.
