My accommodation is centrally located, "Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within a radius of 150 metres. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, to the bus stop it is only 100 meters. The DG apartment has: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living-kitchen with 1 sofa bed.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

A sunny, spacious apartment furnished in a modern style incl. Kitchen, separate bedroom with a double bed and in addition. Sofa bed (at Res. 3 pers., shower and private terrace. In order to offer our guests the best possible rest, we deliberately do without a TV. The city center, Lake Constance and shopping are within walking distance. Important: Tourist tax 3.30€ per P/night to be paid on arrival. Vacation home is not suitable for craftsmen.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten.

Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

Walk to the lake in bathing suits in the morning and swim for a little while, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony before spending the day in the beach pool 2 minutes away. In the evening stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony. Either way, it could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment directly on Lake Constance.
