A very functional house with well planned 60m². Very bright and spacious feel with high ceiling and traditional yet modern Scandinavian design. This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Great for friends, couples or the outdoor adventurer with the forest and lakes just around the corner, a spectacular setting in the most beautiful area of Tyresö.

Huset är omgivet av skog och huvudbostaden mitt emot. Det är närhet till 2 sjöar, Grendalssjön och Albysjön. Knappt 10 min promenad. Det finns många badplatser i närområdet. Även närhet till Kalvfjärden, skärgården. Idylliskt boende. Finns möjlighet till att låna kanadensare och bastu. Med bil tar det ca 30 min att komma till Stockholm. Jag har 1 katt 🐈 Det är ca 4 km till närmaste affär.
