Amazing newly built villa with pool!

Take the opportunity to take a holiday this summer with your family in our newly built villa! The villa is located in Älta, Nacka, a cozy pitoresque area where several natural areas are located nearby with the possibility of swimming, mountain biking & lovely forest walks. Swimming areas such as Hellasgården, Flatenbadet and Älta lake. On the back side of the house there's a lovely large patio with a gas and charcoal grill, as well as a newly built pool and trampoline. Getting into Stockholm city takes about 20 minutes and goes smoothly with both bus and car.

Unique villa with a sense of nature next to Tyrestas forests

Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger group (up to 30 guests). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private back sleeps a nature pool and wood-burning hot tub for about 10 persons. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking lots next to the house which of course is fully equipped in every way possible. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will be staying unless you have made a different request (does not require any of you as a guest).

Green oasis next to the sea

Enplans villa south facing in cozy setting. 5 min walk to the villa area's own beach with cliffs and docks. The forest can be reached directly from the back side of the house. 20 minutes drive to Södermalm, 30 minutes drive into Stockholm city. The outdoor cat Märta lives in the house and needs to have the food bowl and water glass refilled at some point per day, as well as stay in and slow down. Märta is a super nice cat who is happy to be petted, she is used to toddlers. If more beds are desired, you can always contact me

Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, patio and lake view. The lake downstairs has nice cliffs and jumping towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with double bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, company events or friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. House with garden and view over the lake. Take the boat on to the lake for fishing or jump in from the dock for a swim. A nice 4-bedroom house with a lot of light and good for hanging out with friends. Upstairs contains of 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a small tv room.
