Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Pool, jacuzzi and sauna! Descend a ladder from the lofted bedroom and unwind at this radiant guesthouse featuring wood-paneled walls and lots of natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Have a cup of coffee on the poolside deck patio and look out on sprawling sea views. Our home is located in the Stockholm suburb of Tyresö, a rural area rich in outdoor attractions like waterfront access points, parks, hiking paths, and golf. Minutes away there’s shopping,dining,as well as a grocery store.

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda gästhus, beläget på idyllisk gata med egen bastu och badrocksavstånd till stranden. Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, pizzeria, och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna er.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

A perfect house if you want to enjoy nature and tranquility but with center of Stockholm very close. The house is spacious and given the many bedrooms it can accommodate both one and two families. The outdoor area will allow you to enjoy nice summer days where you can go swimming in the lake/hottub or just hang out in the garden. Super easy to go in to central Stockholm and the bus station is only a minute walk from the house. A small centre close by with two grocery stores.

Rymligt hus med pool, vedeldad bastu och badtunna, uterum och sjöutsikt. Sjön nedför huset har fina klippor och hopptorn. Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med dubbelsäng, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte. Experience the best of Sweden combining beautiful Stockholm and the fantastic outdoors. Guest house 45m2 on lake. The property shares a dock with main house. Small beach adjacent to property. Bus stop 1,2 km, bus to Stockholm 20 min. Things to do: fishing, canoe (provided by host), book host lakeside sauna. Hike, bike in national park (5 min away) with its many trails or rent a kayak and explore the lakes. Nearest shops, restaurants and cafes 5 min by car.
