Close to bus stop and only 25 minutes by bus and subway from Central Stockholm, about 15 minutes by car. The house is on the walking distance from Tyresö Centrum and close to grocery stores. Single-story house with basement measuring about 130 km2 (80 km2 biarea). The house has a hall, a large and a small bathroom, two bedrooms with room for 5 people, living room with sofa bed and dining area.

Tiny House with a view by the sea!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

This apartment in a villa has private entrance with a small porch where you can sit and rest. It is located 20 minutes from the center by bus and access to underground. During rush hours directly by bus to/from Central station. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Free parking very close the room. The room has one bed and one extra bed (sofabed). Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim at the cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day Approx 1 hour by car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have parties or friends visiting. Age limit is 25 years.

This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Here you live with horses and chickens as neighbors 10-15 minutes from sthlm City by car. The walls whisper about stories from a bygone era. Även närhet till Kalvfjärden, skärgården. Idylliskt boende. Finns möjlighet till att låna kanadensare och bastu. Med bil tar det ca 30 min att komma till Stockholm. Det är ca 4 km till närmaste affär.
