Our holiday house is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has 2 floors and a usage area of 185 m². On the ground floor; there is a large lounge with fireplace, semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a large balcony with nature view. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi network.

The house is located in the historical part of Marmaris. It is located in the old town near to the Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological Museum of Marmaris. It has the best sea view where you can appreciate your holiday. Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by.

Guest Club

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to September 30.
