Holiday rentals with a patio in Turunç

My son recommended this apartment after staying there last year. Marta Marias apartment is located right in the middle of the medieval city of Rhodes. It was an excellent location, an awesome apartment, and all in all, a great experience. I have recommended this to my friends already.

Köpeğimle beraber keyifle kaldım. Evde ihtiyacım olan her türlü eşya mevcuttu. Bahçeden rahatça girip çıktım. Otopark mevcuttu ama sokak da park etmeye uygundu.

Sahile yürüyerek çok yakın ve aynı zamanda sakin bahçesi olan bir yerdi memnun kaldık

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und Evangelos war ein lieber zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Es war perfekt, vielen Dank !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll restaurierten, kleinen, antiken Wohnanlage sehr genossen. Das Frühstück im wunderschönen, begrünten Innenhof mit kleinem Brunnen und Vögelgezwitscher war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Im Restaurant um die Ecke hatten wir das beste Essen der Stadt. Das kleine Café daneben mit Bar ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Lieben Dank an Sebastian für seine tollen Tipps und Empfehlungen! Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Evin konumu çok iyiydi, Marmaris’teki her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gökhan Bey sorulara hızlı yanıt verdi ve erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdi. Evdeki eşyalar biraz eskiydi ama kullanılabilir durumdaydı. Sadece çamaşır telinin değişmesi gerekiyor. Fiyat/performans olarak iyi bir yer. Güvenle kalabilirsiniz.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die statt ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und viele verschiedene Strände können gut mit dem Auto besucht werden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very happy we stayed here, even better than it looks online. Great kitchen setup if you want to cook, dishwasher and laundry a bonus. The stand out is the terrace, awesome views, great dining and lounging space. Angeliki was a terrific host, plenty of friendly instructions on location and access to building.

Such an incredible location. We loved all the quaint back alley walkways. The bazaar was super close and there were so many awesome restaurants to choose from right on your doorstep!

Konakladığımız süre boyunca merve hanım ve eşi oldukça ilgiliydi, bize gezi rehberi dahi sundular. Ev merkeze 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ama bizim için sıkıntı değildi, evin sakin bir yerde olması hatta daha iyiydi. Faal bir tatil yapmak, şehri gezmek isteyenler için uygun bir ev, biz genel olarak tüm gün dışarıda olduğumuz için evin olanakları yeterliydi. Evin üst katında merve hanım ve ailesi kalıyordu, herhangi bir ihtiyaç doğması durumunda kolayca ulaşılabilirler. Evin girişi bahçeden geçtikten sonra, bilmekte fayda var😊 Özetle ne ev ne de ev sahipleriyle ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık, tekrar teşekkür ederiz :)

Kendimizi evimizin rahatlığında hissettik. Ev temiz ve düzenli idi. İstediklerimizi anında karşıladılar, iletişimde herhangi bir zorluk yaşamadık. Köy içinde, limon çiçeği kokusu içinde huzurlu bir evdi. Ev sahiplerimizin anne ve babası Bayram abi ve eşine selamlar. Çok sıcakkanlı, yardımsever insanlar. Ev Dalyan ile Sarıgerme nin ortasında. Tavsiye ederim..

Ali bey gayet kibar ve sıcak kanlıydı.Aramalara hızlı dönüş yaptı.var olan sorunlara hızlı çözüm üretiyordu.ev konum, sakin sessiz ve ağaçlık bir alan içerisinde idi.ev ve yüzme havuzu tertemizdi.yeni yapılan bir ev olduğu için harikaydı .ev ağaçların arasında olduğu için tek sıkıntısı sivrisineklerin biraz rahatsız etmesi.sinek kovuğuyla o sorunu da hallettik.keyifli 3 gece geçirdik.Her şey için Ali beye teşekkür ederim.

3 gün konaklama yaptık. çok memnun kaldık. ev yeni 2 aylık. hersey tertemiz. mutfakta tüm ekipman var hepsi düşünülmüş. konumu çok iyi köye yakın markete ve restoranlara . Ülfet bey çok kibar ve ilgiliydi herşey için teşekkür ederiz. yine gelmek isteriz

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,όλες οι αποστάσεις πολύ κοντινές με το αμάξι. Κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά αν βρεθώ στο νησί!

This was my second location for our stay in Rhodes town because we took a 4 day break with our greek friends to Turkey. This would have been my first choice if I had seen it first. Fabulous apartment, quieter location although not serenely quiet, you are, after all, in a town which has its busy times. We needed to be within walking distance of everything including a beach to swim and this was perfect. Absolutely. Beautifully equipped with everything one could need and most importantly, comfy beds and extra covers for the cooler nights in November. Sadly we did not meet Christos but as I will very likely book this apartment again, perhaps next time which I look forward to. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended. .

Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!

Where to begin. They said it was "a little piece of luxury" They were not kidding. By far the best Airbnb apartment we have stayed in, with the most responsive helpful host. Directions were perfect and easy to follow and Paulos was there with a friend to greet us and help us upstairs with our luggage, even though we arrived late, around 11pm. Complimentary wine and beer to welcome us. The apartment is stunning. From the huge, so comfortable Sealy bed to the pristine, modern fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom, with rainforest shower, soft towels and bathrobes. Instant hot running water throughout. TVs in lounge and bedroom, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. Comfortable lounge. Doors to terrace from bedroom and lounge. The terrace is huge and stunning and hot spa and the sun all day. So central for everything. Beach, restaurants, bars and Old Town. Paulos was so attentive. Text every day to check we were OK. Great tips in welcome brochure. Superb value. Highly recommend. Thankyou!
