We throughly enjoyed our time in Jaco at Kattia place. We broke a key and they were very quick and efficient in helping us. Her staff took time with us explaining the area and helped us set us some tours. We had a perfectly wonderful vacation!

The house is beautiful and very nice, an absolute pleasure. It was a bit far away from Jacó, which is what I was going for since I wanted the opportunity to view wildlife. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which is walkable if you are fit. Uber costs about $7.00 to downtown. The host was nice and reasonable. However, I did have to request directions the morning of check-in, instead of receiving them automatically. And I received a message after 4:00 pm (check-in time) available for early check-in. It would have been nice to know we could check-in early because we took the bus to downtown Jacó with our backpacks and had to walk around and go to dinner with our stuff instead of being able to drop it off at the house first. The host also recommended that we go to a nearby river and pack a picnic because the river is beautiful. But it was only a dry riverbed. This made me think that the host isn't local and doesn't know the area. Also the stove did not work, so we could not cook.

We loved the easy access place, clean, nice and good treatment.

An excellent place to share with the family, everything was impeccably tidy, and it was fully equipped. I definitely recommend it! We'll be back soon!

Shirley, an excellent host, super friendly, super attentive. He answered my questions (there were many) almost immediately. The house is very nice, spacious, safe. The town, a place with exuberant nature, my family and I had the opportunity to observe limpets with great ease, other types of birds and nocturnal wild animals. The landscape with incredible views of the coast The opportunity to bring my pets was one of the things that I valued and appreciated the most, since most of the time of leisure and rest they accompany me, this is a very important point for me. So I am extremely grateful. my family and I look forward to coming back soon. Regards

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. The estate is in an area surrounded by lots of greenery and very quiet. The house with all amenities such as the very clean and comfortable description. The pool and ranch in general very pleasant and comfortable. Much nicer live than the pictures. Don Alvaro and the lady are very friendly with all the information and they gave us all the facilities. We will definitely come back soon to get away from the city in an atmosphere of a lot of peace, tranquility and vegetation.

Mr Marcel’s Airbnb was fantastic, it was completely spotless when i arrived, all of the marble gave it a very luxurious feel to the space, it was just as the pictures portrayed it. The showers are very spacious, the beds were amazing and elevated, being a taller person I enjoyed not having to bend down and get in and out. Large TVs in the bedrooms with Amazon fire sticks connected to them for entertainment. The location is also just right, it’s not too close to hear all the noise and excitement on the Jaco strip but it’s also not far away from the action. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Overall it was lovely experience and I would gladly stay there again the next time I am in Jaco.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described if not better. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with John was flawless; he was responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time. First option if go back again
