Holiday rentals with a sauna in Türkiye

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet – man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war wie auf den Bildern und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der Kontakt mit Julia war hervorragend, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wenn ich wieder in Izmir bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort bleiben. Klare Empfehlung!

Latife is a great host – very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us personally and even baked a cake for us, which was such a lovely gesture. The amenities were just as described and matched the photos perfectly. Since the building doesn’t have an elevator, carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor can be a bit of a challenge. The apartment itself is cozy, with classic wooden floors which are a bit creaky. We had a great stay - thank you for hosting us!

Die Unterkunft ist richtig schick und topmodern. Bequeme Sofas, tolles Bett. Die Loggia eignet sich gut, um nasse Badesachen zu trocknen. Es wird recht schnell warm und ein bisschen stickig dort, schließt am besten die Loggia, die sich ziemlich schnell aufheizt. Dafür kann man aber gut die elektrischen Rollos und die Klimaanlage nutzen, es gibt mehrere, die man variabel einstellen kann. Das Küchenequipment ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top, in fünf Minuten ist man am schönen Kleopatra Strand, Busse und Taxis gut erreichbar, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg. Es wird derzeit gebaut in unmittelbarer Umgebung, aber wir fanden es nicht zu laut. Einchecken und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was stunning, beautiful décor with art deco accents. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and all the essentials including washing powder! The layout was so spacious as where the bedrooms. The bathrooms were perfect, with hairdryers available in each one. The apartment was absolutely spotless. The location was great, we could see Galata Tower within moments of leaving the apartment and we found it a great central point to walk to Galata Port, Karikoy, Cihangir, Taksim etc We would definitely stay here again in the future.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Well thank you and I’ll exactly come back again . 5 stars for apartment, 10 stars for Bur

I really enjoyed my stay at Eyo’s place. Clear instructions were provided for a smooth check in and check out and the host was really proactive, friendly and responsive

The apartment is in a new building just steps from the sea - the location is perfect! It’s right next to a large Migros supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop. The bus station is also within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mr. Ali Riza personally welcomed us, was always available, and answered all our questions. There was a large table but no chairs at first. And upon our request, he kindly brought us a great computer chair. We truly appreciated his help! Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und fühlten uns rundum wohl! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das angenehme Ambiente und die aufmerksam gestaltete Ausstattung – man spürt, dass hier viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort gelegt wird. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Провели неделю в Стамбуле с целью туризма. Отличные апартаменты, очень уютно и комфортно, есть все необходимое. Район по отзывам не совсем благоприятный, но мы этого не ощутили, так как аппартаменты находятся на ряду с крупными отелями и в удобной транспортной доступности: нужно только немного подняться в горку))) и вы почти на Истикляль. С удовольствием порекомендую его своим знакомым.

Stella war eine äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vor allem das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool war traumhaft. Direkt um die Ecke sind Supermärkte und ein Parkplatz für unseren Leihwagen war auch vorhanden. Stella hat uns auch Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank, liebe Stella!

Wat een goede locatie , gelegen in een fijn beveiligd park , mooie tuinen om in te wandelen, of te lunchen bij een picknicktafel. Goede sportvoorzieningen , zeer uitgebreide gym , sauna , zwembad en tennis banen . Locatie zeer geschikt voor uitstapjes, het ligt ongeveer 15 min met de auto van het drukke centrum van Ankara . Maar ook in de omgeving is genoeg te doen . Het appartement ligt op de begane grond en is ruim en schoon , tevens een eigen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw. De host was zeer behulpzaam en reageerde zeer snel op vragen . Dit wordt onze “ go -to “ spot als we in Ankara verblijven

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view that makes every moment enjoyable. It’s well-suited for a stay even in winter, as there is air conditioning in every room, which also works perfectly for heating. The location is excellent—a great base for exploring, with a main road nearby that runs along the entire Turkish Riviera. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a stunning view. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Sakinlik içinde bir tatil geçirdik. Evleri çok güzel hazırlamışlar ve mahremiyete aşırı saygı vardı. Kesinlikle yeniden gidilecek bir yer.

A great stay with great hosts that were very responsive. We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. Parking right next to the villa was great and everything was very clean and neat.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

Öncelikle ev sahibi Altuğ Bey’e çok teşekkür ederim. Konaklama süresi boyunca her şeyle ilgilendi. Villaya gelince her şeyi yeni , tüm eşyalar özenle seçilmiş ve üst kalite. Konumu harika . Market ve restoranlara sadece 1 dakika . Ana yola çok çok yakın. Hisarönü barlar Caddesi’ne sadece 5 dakikada yürüyerek ulaştık. Dışarıdaki havuz başındaki jakuzi inanılmaz keyifliydi. Bir villada ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şeye sahipsiniz . Sauna ve Türk hamamına bayıldık. Burayı kesinlikle herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim . her sene mutlaka geleceğim.

Herşey çok güzel ve fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Çok güzel huzurlu bir evdi. Çok teşekkürler
