We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautiful and in a very nice setting. Nice restaurants and cafés and grocery shopping in the area. Elif was always in touch making sure that everything was taken care of and that we were enjoying our stay. Thanks so much!

Our group enjoyed staying in the Taksim neighborhood! The apartments were clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The host helped with private transport and was always friendly.

All was good! The place is nice and we are a family of 6 people comfortably accommodated in it. Great amenities for coffee preparation. I would recommend the place.

The house was very clean and as it appeared in the photos. The location is quite central, and safe. The host was communicative and helpful. I had a comfortable stay, I would prefer it again if I come back to Ankara.

Ms. Ceyda and Mr. Gökmen are definitely more than just an operator. The house is already beautiful, there is no problem with it. Every room, every corner is photographed :) Mr. Gökmen shared with us all the tips about Ayvalik and the surrounding area before we thought about it. I would also like to thank him very much.

We stayed in this house for the second time and everything was great again. Four of us felt at home for four nights. The house was clean, very comfortable and we didn't have the slightest problem. Its location is also very central, we could easily reach everywhere. We would also like to thank the hosts Mustafa and Sara. They are really friendly and understanding people. Whenever we needed them, no matter what time of the night, they immediately responded and helped us. It is a great chance to stay in such a house with such hosts. We recommend it with peace of mind, we will come again :)

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

Absolutely loved our one month stay here. House is a real gem. So beautifully decorated, with everything you need to be comfortable for a long visit. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and the shower was a real treat. And as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are a masterpiece, but defn not for those who aren’t steady on their feet. Such an interesting neighbourhood with so many lovely cafes, delicious bakeries and supermarkets close by. Host had made many local recommendations, and the ones we tried were great. Less than a 15min walk to the Ferry which we mostly used to go everywhere, as it is an incredible way to see Istanbul. Also, tram stop is close by with easy access to the Sultanahmet area. If you are after an authentic stay in an authentic area, this property is a real find. Thanks for having us. Vanessa

Mustafa's place was even better than in the pictures. Clean, spacious, all necessary amenities included. Each room had AC and thr area was in general very quiet. The neighbors on the floor below, are the friendliest people and were always happy to help. I stayed 4 nights with my parents and they were really happy. We will visit again! Teşekkür ederim!

Wonderful host , amazing location right in the middle of everything. Exactly as described … it didn’t have a lounge or kitchen not that it bothered us but no real place other than small roof terrace to sit around and chat. Overall loved it though and 5 stars

We had a lovely family stay! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, the fact that every room has a bathroom, the location and the communication with the host :) Highly recommend!

The house was clean, had all the things we needed, very quiet the area, at least 2 beds in each room, there is place for parcking one car inside, and multiple cars outside the yard.. Adnan very nice and communicative. I will recommend it to anyone who needs to be around the area.

A very nice stay with the whole family. The apartment is in very good condition. Everything works as it should. The apartment was clean and so you felt very comfortable right away. We would love to come back at any time.

It is very close to the parking lot, nice restaurants, and the museum. It has a terrace and is a perfect place to have breakfast or to relax on the way back after a day of sightseeing. The room is clean and the decoration is very well chosen. We regretted staying only one day during our journey. I wish we had stayed less elsewhere and more here :)

Seray is a very friendly host. Her house is well appointed and the small pool was great to chill out in. Situated in the charming old town it was easy walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants.

We had a magnificent few days with the beautiful hospitality of Mr. Aykut, both in touch with nature, very clean and very close to the sea, in the combination of ovabükü and hayıtbükü. We would definitely like to come back.

I lived in it for two days. My family and I have 7 people, and I say, it was a wonderful experience and a very clean house, and the owner of the house, brother Hani is short , providing all the needs. In addition, he responds to me along if I ask anything. The accommodation is small sailors and live in a popular atmosphere amid friendly neighbors. 👏🏼

We have met many hosts in different countries, different cities for years. However, we did not meet a host such as Mr. Emre, Mr. Süleyman and Ms. Feyza. Thank you so much for being so caring, so kind, and so sharing. The house was really incredibly clean. There was nothing missing from the kitchen supplies. The house was in the perfect location. The view and the sea were great. There's not a single thing to criticize. We were incredibly welcomed, they were very interested in us and we had a perfect vacation thanks to their interest. Thank you again for giving us a new friend, a new family. We would definitely recommend this place with peace of mind for those who prefer it. Hope to see you again.

i received the house as it appears in the photos. Every place was clean and very tidy. There are two different facades of the house, one in the morning and the other is shaded. The white goods work smoothly, the beds are comfortable. We loved the bathroom on the terrace, very practical. The place of the house is very nice for me, there is a lot of noise on the beach, the houses in this area are much quieter, but you can go to the sea within 5 minutes walk. Our neighbors were very good, we did not have any problems. The hosts answered all our questions quickly, they were very interested. Thank you for meeting me next year.
