Holiday rentals with a sauna in Türkiye

The place was very clean and well decorated – you immediately felt at home. Everything was as on the pictures and in a very well maintained condition. The contact with Julia was excellent, she was always available and very friendly. If I am back in Izmir, I will definitely stay there again. Clear recommendation!

Latife is a great host – very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us personally and even baked a cake for us, which was such a lovely gesture. The amenities were just as described and matched the photos perfectly. Since the building doesn’t have an elevator, carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor can be a bit of a challenge. The apartment itself is cozy, with classic wooden floors which are a bit creaky. We had a great stay - thank you for hosting us!

The space is really chic and state-of-the-art. Comfortable sofas, great bed. The loggia is well suited for drying wet swimsuits. It gets warm quite quickly and a bit stuffy there, best to close the loggia, which heats up pretty quickly. But you can easily use the electric blinds and the air conditioning, there are several that can be adjusted variably. The kitchen equipment is ok. The location is really great, in five minutes you are easily accessible on the beautiful Cleopatra beach, buses and taxis, also shopping not far away. It is currently being built in the immediate vicinity, but we didn't find it too loud. Checking in and out was straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . The apartment is in a new building just steps from the sea - the location is perfect! It’s right next to a large Migros supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop. The bus station is also within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mr. Ali Riza personally welcomed us, was always available, and answered all our questions. There was a large table but no chairs at first. And upon our request, he kindly brought us a great computer chair. We truly appreciated his help! Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

The house was exactly the same as in the images, we did not encounter any problems, we were very satisfied, it is a very comfortable house especially for families. We were able to communicate with Mr. Sinan whenever we wanted, thank you very much.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

The layout and design allowed me to have a wonderful holiday. Maintenance was performed for pool cleaning every other day. We didn't even want to leave the house and go for a walk. It has been designed with privacy in mind. Kitchenware is selected as first class. All our needs were met by thinking of us. Thank you, Mutlu.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy.
