Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Türkiye

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem bezaubernden Haus. Die Terasse ist großartig und der Blick atemberaubend schön. Das Haus selber ist mit viel Liebe ausgebaut und du hörst nur das rauschen des Meeres und das zwitschern der Vögel. Es ust alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles hat einfach zu 100 Prozent gepasst. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Strand etwas einen 5minütigen Spaziergang vom Haus hinunter. Hinauf dauert es ca. 8 Minuten ist aber gut zu bewältigen. Der Weg lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das Einkaufen ist auch kein Problem, in der größeren Stadt Akyaka, ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, gibt es einen gut sortierten Migros, einen Metzger und eine Bäckerei. Man kann das gut mit einem Restaurantbesuch verbinden. Für uns war es perfekt. Ali ist ein super netter junger Mann und seine Familie ebenso. In seinem Restaurant, etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto richtung Atyaka, gibt es ganz feine Gözleme. Die muss man einfach gegessen haben. Wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt! Vielen Dank dafür! An absolutely stunning villa in a great location. The villa was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for not being in a big tourist hotspot but only a short taxi ride away to everything you need, plenty of places to eat, get food delivered and do basic shops within walking distance and a short taxi to the main surrounding towns. Baris could not do any more to be a more attentive host, always a phone call/text away, no problem too big or small and amazing recommendations of places to visit and contact numbers for the local taxi which made everything effortless. He was available from our day of booking many months before with responses to all of our questions in advance of arrival and was absolutely amazing. All the local amenities can be contacted via text making a very stress free holiday and a truly amazing week away!

Stay here if you love to be surrounded by art, plants and spoiled cats (on the sidewalk). Tao has gone above and beyond helping my me and my parents with an easier checkout.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Babakale’de denize bakan bir yer arıyorduk. Bizim için evin terasında göz alabildiğine deniz manzarası olması en büyük artısıydı.Ve elbette terası, alt kattaki avlusu, genişçe mutfağının avlunun içinde ayrı bir şekilde konumlandırılması, 2 odası ve odalarında çift kişilik kocaman yataklar olması evi çokça sevmemize sebep oldu; burayı bir köy evi olarak düşünün fakat dokusu bozulmadan harika dizayn edilmiş. Çamaşır makinesi kurutma makinesi mutfak malzemeleri her şey var diyebilirim içeride. Gelenlerin göz önünde bulundurması gereken tek husus bence kediler. Alerjisi olan yahut kedi sevmeyenlere uygun değil çünkü siz kapıdan kovsanız onlar bacadan giriyor 😇 avluda, terasta, her yerdeler ve oldukça talepkarlar. Biz kedileri sevdiğimiz için sorun yaşamadık elbette. Ev ise Babakale ye tekrar gelip kalmak isteyeceğim ölçüde beni mutlu etti ve kendine hayran bıraktı. Neylan hanım her ulaşmak istediğimizde hızlıca dönüş yaptı ve nezaketiyle bizleri hoşnut etti. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Ayvalıklıyım ve ilk kez ayvalığa geldim çok uzun zamandır favorilerimde Kübra Hanımın evi vardı ve bir gün gidersem mutlaka bu evi istiyorum demiştim ki öyle de kısmet oldu. İnanılmaz memnun kaldık ailecek.Sanki senelerdir tanıdığımız bir aile dostumuza misafirliğe gitmişiz gibi hissettik. Evin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve cıvıl cıvıl. Tatil esnasında ablam rahatsızlandığı için yakın hastane için bilgi istedim kendisinden hem hastane konusunda yardımcı oldu hemde her gün yakından ilgilenip sordu bu inanılmaz değerli bir şey. Bunun dışında çevreki tüm esnaflar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Evde neye ihtiyacınız varsa mevcut sadece bavulunuzu ve kişisel eşyalarınızı alıp gidin yeterli ve ev tertemiz. Ayrıca kişisel bir tavsiye vermek isterim , köşedeki Mahzen şarap evinde mutlaka şarap ve peynir tabağı eşliğinde canlı müzik keyfi yapmadan dönmeyin. Kısacası her şey mükemmeldi Kübra hanım’ın evinde konaklamaksa en mükemmeliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Bedirhan was an extremely excellent host he was one of the best Airbnb hosts that I have ever met. he arranged for airport transport which was extremely helpful for my family of four and two luggages each person. he was there to meet us at the Airbnb to help us with our luggage and to show us in and give us a home tour. this was very helpful because Istanbul is very congested and I doubt I would have been able to find the apartment building myself. anytime there was an issue he was extremely responsive and was able to actually come to the home itself and resolve it himself. if it was something that he could not resolve he was able to call a technician who was able to come in within a few hours. he also helped us arrange for airport transport back to the airport even though me and my family were flying on separate flights. the view in the Airbnb is very much like the photos and the B&B is an extremely good value considering the view as well as the area that we were in.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für Istanbul sehr ruhig gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ali ist ein toller Gastgeber: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Daher können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Can was very helpful with advice from the minute we booked his place . Entry details provided the day before were extremely clear and easy to follow . Flat was very clean and had every convenience we could possibly need . We would recommend this place to everyone and would love to visit again some day .

What a wonderful place! It is clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view of the Bosphorus. Close to popular places like Galataport and Taksim Square. Friendly host. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt war super…einziges Manko war die riesengroße Baustelle…was uns leider etwas eingeschränkt hat…da wir mit dem Kinderwagen unterwegs waren…

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
