Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Türkiye

We spent 1 week in this charming house. The terrace is great and the view is breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is lovingly developed and you only hear the sound of the sea and the chirping of the birds. There is everything you need. Everything just fit 100 percent. There is a beautiful beach about a 5-minute walk down from the house. It takes about 8 minutes to go up, but it is easy to manage. The path is totally worth it. Shopping is also not a problem, in the larger city of Akyaka, about 20 minutes by car, there is a well-stocked Migros, a butcher and a bakery. You can combine this well with a visit to a restaurant. It was perfect for us. Ali is a super nice young man and his family as well. In his restaurant, about 5 minutes by car towards Atyaka, there is very fine Gözleme. You just have to eat it. We felt so welcome! Thank you very much! Anytime again

An absolutely stunning villa in a great location. The villa was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for not being in a big tourist hotspot but only a short taxi ride away to everything you need, plenty of places to eat, get food delivered and do basic shops within walking distance and a short taxi to the main surrounding towns. Baris could not do any more to be a more attentive host, always a phone call/text away, no problem too big or small and amazing recommendations of places to visit and contact numbers for the local taxi which made everything effortless. He was available from our day of booking many months before with responses to all of our questions in advance of arrival and was absolutely amazing. All the local amenities can be contacted via text making a very stress free holiday and a truly amazing week away!

It was a wonderful experience. It is a great comfort to leave the kitchen and swim in the sea for a holiday with children. We found all the equipment my baby, who started a new supplementary food, needed in the kitchen.

The town house is really amazing, we felt like home. There was everything we needed already provided by the host (water, milk, coffee, fruits, towels, shampo, condi, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer - you don‘t have to take anything with you). AC worked perfectly. Terrace is very nice to spent the mornings and evenings there. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and functional. The district we liked the most of the areas we visited during our stay. People are very open minded and you can find a lot of great shops and restaurants arround. Toa was always reachable and gave us a lot of nice recommendations for our 4 days stay. On the last day we had some troubles because of an nearby event, Tao organized everything so that we could reach the airport in time. We can 100% recommend to stay in this beautiful house and district. Tao was a perfect host, we are totally happy with our choice 😎

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! We were looking for a place in Babakale overlooking the sea. For us, having a sea view on the terrace of the house as far as the eye can see. And of course, the terrace, the courtyard on the lower floor, the spaciously positioned in the courtyard, the fact that it has 2 rooms and huge double beds in its rooms made us love the house a lot; think of it as a village house, but the texture is beautifully designed without spoiling. I can say that there is a washing machine dryer, kitchen supplies, everything is inside. I think the only thing to consider is the cats. It is not suitable for those who have allergies or do not like cats because if you fire them from the door, they enter through the chimney in the 😇 courtyard, on the terrace, everywhere and are very demanding. Of course, we didn't have any problems because we love cats. The house, on the other hand, made me happy and amazed me to the extent that I would like to come back and stay in Babakale. Ms. Neylan responded quickly every time we wanted to reach her and pleased us with her kindness. Thank you.

First of all, I would like to thank the host Mr. Poyraz, he took very good care of us from the moment we arrived, he helped us with whatever we wanted :) The house was perfect with its view, pool, and lounge built against the view. Everything was clean, the interior of the house was as beautiful as the courtyard of the house. One of the most beautiful places to stay in Sogut, I recommend it to everyone:)

I am from Ayvalık and I came to Ayvalık for the first time. For a long time, Ms. Kübra's house was in my favorites and I said that if I go one day, I definitely want this house, and it happened. We were incredibly pleased as a family. We felt as if we had been visiting a family friend we had known for years. The location of the house is within walking distance to everywhere and it is lively. During the holiday, I asked her for information about the nearby hospital because my sister was sick, and she helped me with the hospital and took care of me every day. This is an incredibly valuable thing. Apart from that, all the surrounding tradesmen are very friendly and helpful. Just take your suitcase and personal belongings and leave, and the house is clean. I would also like to give a personal recommendation, do not leave the Mahzen wine house on the corner without enjoying live music accompanied by a wine and cheese plate. In short, everything was perfect. Staying at Ms. Kübra's house was the most perfect. Thank you for everything.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Bedirhan was an extremely excellent host he was one of the best Airbnb hosts that I have ever met. he arranged for airport transport which was extremely helpful for my family of four and two luggages each person. he was there to meet us at the Airbnb to help us with our luggage and to show us in and give us a home tour. this was very helpful because Istanbul is very congested and I doubt I would have been able to find the apartment building myself. anytime there was an issue he was extremely responsive and was able to actually come to the home itself and resolve it himself. if it was something that he could not resolve he was able to call a technician who was able to come in within a few hours. he also helped us arrange for airport transport back to the airport even though me and my family were flying on separate flights. the view in the Airbnb is very much like the photos and the B&B is an extremely good value considering the view as well as the area that we were in.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation is well maintained and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very quiet for Istanbul and many attractions are within walking distance. Ali is a great host: very friendly and accommodating. He gave us many tips. Therefore, we can definitely recommend the place.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Can was very helpful with advice from the minute we booked his place . Entry details provided the day before were extremely clear and easy to follow . Flat was very clean and had every convenience we could possibly need . We would recommend this place to everyone and would love to visit again some day .

It was a great stay, comfortable for six people

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

The location is very central. The view of the apartment is as in the photos. We had a holiday that we were satisfied with.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again

The house itself is beautiful. Nesrin, is a great host with lots of amenities provided. The location is lovely, very central and lots of nice restaurants surrounding it. It is loud outside at night due to the live bands playing in the bar downstairs. They stop around 2am, however, the hosts provided ear buds to help cancel out the noise at night.
