Holiday rentals with a patio in Tunisia

Enfin un logement de haut standing à Tunis, appartement parfaitement placé, tout est pensé afin que l’on s’y sente bien et que l’on manque de rien. Hôte ultra réactif et très accueillant. Je viens souvent à Tunis et ce logement est clairement au dessus de ce que j’ai vu jusqu’à présent. Je recommande !

Appartamento nuovo e ben curato. Terrazzino molto piacevole per fare colazione o aperitivo/cena la sera. Vicinissimo al centro ma in posizione tranquilla. Dotato di tutto quello che serviva. C'è una scala piuttosto ripida x accedervi a x noi non è stato un problema. Lo consiglio

Madame Anja, la co hôte de l’établissement est très réactive. Je recommande fortement cet air Bnb. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, avec des café et commerce juste en bas de l’immeuble. La zone est résidentiel et très sécurisé.

The apartment is amazing. Very modern. My mom wanted to book as soon as she saw the jacuzzi and that they offer breakfast. We did not really get to have breakfast except for the first day. The place was not easy to find, but Karim called us on video to show us the way, which is a plus in our book. The beach is really closed, maybe a 2 mn drive which my parents were also excited about. karim was always quick to answer our messages and was so nice when a last minute guest was added. I will definitely go back to this apartment and do not hesitate to book it!

The place was amazing for the price. Check in was super smooth, the house is allah super spacious and clean and looked also like the pictures. Will defined come back again if I have the chance.

Excellent accueil de Mohamed Amin! Il a été à mon service lors d'un problème que j'ai eu à mon arrivé. Il est à l'écoute et très réactif. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre, dans un endroit alme, entouré de bons commerces et pas loin du centre ville.

Très belle villa située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et paisible de Nabeul, à proximité de cafés, restaurants et autres points de vie, et à 5 minutes de Hammamet La maison est très spacieuse et moderne, avec un salon très cosy, et un espace autour de la piscine très agréable pour se détendre de jour comme de nuit. Les chambres sont équipées de climatiseurs et possèdent chacune une salle de bain Très belle expérience, je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai!

砂漠の中のオアシスにある伝統的な家の雰囲気を感じられる、素晴らしい滞在先です。砂が多いエリアですが、家の中はよく掃除されていました！街の中心部からも歩ける、ちょうど良い距離感です レンガでできた構造のためかインターネットの電波がやや届きづらいですが(屋上は繋がります)、この場所ではデジタルデトックスがおすすめです。とても魅力的なエリアなので、仕事するには不向きです。 Moustaphaさんに相談すれば、ツアーの手配の依頼も可能で、かなりお得だと感じました。 水まわりの設備もしっかりしています。「砂漠地域のairbnbには泊まるのは勇気がいる」と思っている方にもおすすめしたい宿泊先です

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at villa émeraude. The outside was even more beautiful than the pictures and although the house was close to the touristic zone of djerba, it was very peaceful and perfect for our calm group of friends. We can't recommend it enough

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le logement était impeccable, très charmant, confortable et bien placé, à proximité du centre de La Marsa tout en étant au calme. Meher est un hôte sympathique, flexible et réactif - merci encore pour le stockage de nos bagages en attendant notre vol. Nous recommandons vivement !

Situé dans une zone non touristique, c’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Djerba ! Iman, l’hôte principale, était très réactive, et sur place, Hayet, la co-hôte, a été d’une grande disponibilité. Le logement a été rénové : 2 chambres, cuisine, sdb parfaitement fonctionnelles, et une grande piscine sans vis-à-vis avec vue sur la mer depuis l'étage. Nous avons loué une voiture grâce aux recommandations de Hayet, ce qui nous a permis de visiter l’île facilement. Elle nous a indiqué les meilleurs endroits à découvrir et nous a même accompagnées au souk pour négocier les prix! Nous vous recommandons également ses services de cuisinière (mloukhia, couscous tunisien, kesra marfoussa...) : une vraie cheffe !!! Nous remercions encore chaleureusement Hayet, Hassen et toute leur famille pour leur générosité, leur bienveillance, leur dévouement et leur accueil. Nous choisirons sans hésiter ce logement si nous revenons à Djerba ! Alice, Camille & Nour

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte da Samy, io,mio marito e mia figlia . Samy è stato molto gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per accedere all appartamento e per la visita in città, ci ha fatto anche un percorso. L appartamento pulito e in zona molto sicura. Consiglio a tutti.

5 stars – A Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Wassim was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instruction and accommodating towards our additional requests. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. We especially loved the cozy touches like the lounge and a well stocked kitchen. We also had access to the underground secure garage to park our rental vehicle which was ideal! The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. We felt completely at home and appreciated how well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed the apartment was. We can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough and will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

L’appartement est superbe, mobilier et décoration soigné. Les équipements etaient modernes. L’appartement et l’immeuble est neuf. Les piscines sont magnifiques, il y a du personnels d’entretien qui s’assurent de la propreté des lieux. Le parc aquatique est doté de plusieurs toboggans pour petits et grands. La plage est accessible à pied. Enfin je recommande fortement d’y séjourner. Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec nos enfants, et le fait qu’il y ai deux douches nous a grandement facilités.

I had a great stay! The building was lovely and the apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was throughout. Would definitely recommend!

C’est déjà la troisième fois que je séjourne ici, et chaque fois, je me sens accueillie avec autant de chaleur. Le logement est toujours aussi impeccable, confortable, et l’on s’y sent comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Seiffedine et à ses parents pour leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité. Beautiful place and centrally located, about a 20 minute walk from the old town center. Very quiet and relaxed area. Pool and room were amazing!
