Un havre de paix au milieu de la campagne de cette île « où l’air est si doux qu’il empêche de mourir » (Flaubert). Dar Gaïa offre 3 chambres d'hôtes (pour 2 personnes) , 2 suites junior (pour 2 adultes + éventuellement 2 enfants) et 2 suites senior, meublées autour de deux thèmes : la route de la soie et la route du sel. Sa capacité maximale est de 12 adultes.
