A beautiful and peaceful homebase for exploring Bainbridge Island as well as the broader Seattle-Tacoma region.

Marc’s place was the perfect spot for our long weekend stay. We noticed the guesthouse was extremely clean upon our arrival - no trace of any previous guests, and it was well equipped with kitchen supplies, a coffee station, and a washer/dryer setup. We had a small hiccup getting in during check-in but Marc was super quick to respond and resolved it right away even though he wasn’t on the premise. We were encouraged to let him know if we needed anything although we had absolutely no issues at all. Thanks Marc for a great stay!

We only stayed for one night, but had a great time at the guesthouse. The backyard chickens and rabbits were very fun to watch, and the location close to the airport worked wonderfully for us.  

This cottage was a great choice! Did a girls trip for a long weekend and this was a great stay. The cottage was very clean and bright and airy. The instructions Angela provided before/during the stay were very helpful. Angela was pretty quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Angela is very kind- checks in with you during your stay. Plenty of towels provided which was nice! Good closet space to unpack your suitcases and store stuff. The bed and bedding were very nice and clean. Cottage is in a great location for restaurants and grocery stores/gas stations. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to those traveling to the area!

Beautiful lovely cottage located by the peaceful seaside area of west Seattle. The cottage itself is super cozy and just as described. Very convenient if you have a car, very easy to get to the main beach strip, to the watertaxi station, coffees, restaurants, and groceries are just few minutes drive away. Also the 2 lovelyyy big doggies are just toooo cute.

We had a wonderful time at the Loft! Very nice amenities, stunning views of Rainier, and convenient access to the beach. Having the grill was a nice touch. The natural surroundings are peaceful -- there is a rooster that started to crow in the morning but we didn't mind at all! Lisa is super responsive and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Thanks for the charming stay, and we hope to visit here again sometime!

Really nice spot, well equipped and situated for our visit to Seattle and Tacoma.

We just spent 6 lovely nights at Molly’s cottage. It was clean, well cared for and had everything we could need. There was excellent information provided about things in the house and the area in general, and any questions were answered promptly. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are each on a different level with steps between each level, so you should be aware of that if steps would be an issue for you. We were ok with it and look forward to staying here again :)

Marc’s place was great- loved how easy it was to park and check in. The place was really clean and private. Parking available in front, with just a few steps down to the front door of the accommodations, which is an ADU behind a main house. This means that the property was off the street and very private. Magnolia is a very quiet neighborhood (minus the planes, which are hard to get away from in Seattle, generally). The place has A/C, which is very nice to have these days in Seattle. There was one bedroom that was nice and dark for the little one, but the other sleeping areas did not have blinds to cover the windows. I did see a sleeping mask in a drawer for guests, though. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was awesome and I was able to make myself coffee in the morning with just the touch of a button! The shower was very nice and has a handheld sprayer for the kiddos, making it easy to bathe them without a tub. Definitely keeping Marc’s place on my list for the future!

Viet was an exceptional host. I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb's across the world. Viet made sure that I was not just satisfied with my stay, but was truly committed to helping me. I had a last-minute change in my schedule which required me to cut short my stay in his home. Viet immediately reached out to me by phone to work through my questions and to come up with a solution. What had been a stressful change in my travel plans was alleviated by Viet's kindness and concern for me. I am incredibly grateful to him for being so thoughtful and accommodating. Airbnb is a community of like-minded people who are willing to offer and receive lodging from strangers in exchange for a reasonable price. I am so grateful to Viet for making the experience personal and so positive! I cannot recommend his home more highly. It might be a small abode, but he has a big heart and that is more important! And the bed is SO comfortable as others have mentioned in their reviews! Don't hesitate, book it now!

Such a wonderful little Airbnb in west Seattle! I loved walking to the park and beach from the Airbnb. The hosts were super friendly! I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Seattle.

We booked this Airbnb for a quick overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, it definitely exceeded expectations. On paper, it had the basics we needed. But once we arrived, we noticed the little details that made a big difference: a generous stack of towels (a rare luxury in the Airbnb world), an extra toothbrush, a cozy curtain to separate the main space from the bedroom (a.k.a. “instant privacy”), bird feeders for that National Geographic entertainment, a charming courtyard, and twinkly lights that gave it all a warm, welcoming glow. It was a little tight with a pack 'n play in tow, but we made it work! Would definitely stay again!

This is the nicest guesthouse I've stayed at so far! With how modern and cozy this place was, it made me feel right at home. The guesthouse was spotless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. If you're visiting Kirkland, this is an ideal Airbnb to stay. 🙂

My wife and I needed a couple nights in the area where we could attend a going away party for our nephew. We could not have found a more delightful, peaceful, and comfortable place. So many sweet touches without any excessive clutter. The bed was just right. Amenities more than adequate. The neighborhood is super quiet and superbly walkable. The host, Peter, is attentive, thoughtful, responsive, and a pleasure to interact with. This will be our go-to for any future dates in the Seattle area.

We really fell in love with this tiny home. We expected tiny and it was but we did not expect on how well that small space was executed. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items and easy to find. The details to help with storage of personal items like the baskets and under-bed space for suitcases was so helpful. We could not get enough of the view of the water and were able to sea lions and seals, which was fun to watch with the provided binoculars. We ended up eating breakfast and dinner both days which wasn’t apart of our plan, but wanted take in all the moments of feeling the peace we felt being there on the water. This spot is the perfect romantic getaway that will give anyone a chance to reconnect and unwind. We were able to meet Cullen and he was so kind and easy to talk too. Highly recommend!

Great stay! The Unit has fun and unique decor/style, but also has so many well thought out and practical touches that make staying here a breeze. The small outside area in the pictures is perfect for a calm morning, sipping coffee (I highly recommend Lighthouse Coffee Roasters just a couple blocks away). Karla was so nice! She communicated clearly both prior to and during our stay, and always responded to our requests in a timely manner. It was an unusually warm June weekend, and she even proactively installed a portable AC unit to make our stay more comfortable! My wife and I previously live in the same area, and this AirBnb was a great jumping off point to revisit the many fun things we’ve missed about the Fremont and Ballard neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at the bridge was wonderful! Sean and Caroline are amazing and so quick to answer a question or provide further instructions/guidance. The home looked exactly like pictures only better in person and filled with great amenities and extras like games, blankets, snacks/coffee, cooking utensils and cute little binders of activities or views in the area. *My only con would be the parking, if you are attending an event running past midnight it is difficult to find a spot near the Air Bnb

We found our future home because of your home. Would stay here again, great area, friendly kitty, relaxing environment.

My family and I had a great stay at Norea's "Hitt's Hill Guesthouse." It comfortably fit the four of us (two adults and two kids). It was easy to get in and the house was immaculate and even had a basket overflowing with welcome gifts of snacks (and wine!). In addition to the home comforts, it is really conveniently located to Columbia City and everything that CC has to offer. We would very happily stay here again.

Erika's property is something people dream about. It is stunning. The Beehive is beautiful and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. The bonus of meeting all the animals on the farm made our trip extra special. This really is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and I look forward to coming back and staying much longer next time. Thank you for making our experience exceptional.

Really comfortable, great location, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Beautiful back yard, but unfortunately it rained the whole time. Rick and Jill were on top of everything and very helpful, immediately responsive. There is a charger as well for EV, just ask about it. There is one flight of stairs up to access the unit from private entrance.

Amazing stay!! Everything was perfect and no complaints. Would 100% stay here again!!
