King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. Welcome to my home! This is a spacious guest suite with private entrance, bathroom, walk-in-closet, dining table set, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

The space is a lovely, spacious, garden level suite and less than 10 minutes to the SeaTac Airport. It's less than a 5 minute drive to the Southcenter Mall, Light Rail station and restaurants making it the ideal location for travelers. Our suite offers a large living room with LED TV with basic cable. Our newly renovated suite has 2 mini-split systems for independent climate control with AC! No smoking and no pets please.
