The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. If your after peace in a rural setting in a Spanish style house this is for you. Turn up and chill out. Lots to see in the area BUT you absolutely need a car and expect to drive a decent distance.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

Rosa was charming to us at all times. She's a great host. The house is very well maintained and is very large. It has everything that is described and is very comfortable for the Sella descent or if you want to do sightseeing in the area. We will definitely be back :)

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

This place is magical, as if from another time, a place of absolute tranquility and the perfect place to find peace and simply enjoy the dreamlike surroundings. Upon my arrival, I was surprised by my hosts with a cider tasting, according to the tradition of Asturias, the rest of the bottle I drank in the evening in this absolute silence, indescribably beautiful. Fresh flowers on the table, how loving and thoughtful. The house has a very special energy. Thank you for the time with you, I will surely come back.

Highly recommended place to find peace and quiet if you want, but at the same time very close to many places to visit. We went with children and they had a great time. Spectacular cottage with views of the Picos de Europa. It has 3 small floors but with what is necessary to accommodate 4 people and bathrooms on all floors and an equipped kitchen

This place is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places I have ever stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the house. It is in the middle of nature, ideal for routes, ferratas... Very clean, comfortable beds and with a fireplace perfect for cool nights. Access is easy and is parked without a problem. And the host Maria Cruz, a charm: always available and super friendly.

Carmen and Sergio were wonderful hosts and have a well kept home that is perfect for a relaxing week by the beach, nearby hiking, as well as close to Santander to visit the city. We loved staying at their home and would recommend it others. They were responsive and helpful to solve some issues we had with the electricity - which we were very appreciative of.

I think this is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not sure words can describe how amazing this place is. The view is just breathtaking and Jaime is incredibly friendly and helpful. You will also be surprised to see that the lovely animals greet you at your arrival on the first day. Their dog and cat are so friendly. It’s a heritage house full of history and family memories. Everything is just wonderful and I wish I could spent more time here.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. We had a very nice stay! The owners have furnished the space with care, a beautiful combination of old and new furniture. There were toys ready for our son, very thoughtful. We enjoyed the nice garden, the quiet environment and the low-threshold contact. The delicious 'surprise' upon arrival made the stay complete. We'd love to come back!
