We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place was more than amazing Lan the host was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met, she left water in the fridge cleaned my clothes for me and the room was spotless. Air conditioner worked perfectly and there was a fan too plenty of space to leave clothes, there was soap and everything you need to cook a nice meal. If this place was priced at £100 I would pay it. Couldn’t have asked for more and the next time I’m in Hanoi I will make sure to stay here.

Absolutely amazing apartment & hosts. It felt very homely which allowed me to thoroughly relax when at home. A great location for a short walk to Hoàn Kièm lake & train street. Fantastic restaurants close by with many ethnicities to choose from. Aha Cafe across the street had best coffee around & staff always greated me with a smile which made me feel very welcome. Lastly, I was left wanting nothing from the hosts. Uyen & Nhung regularly checked in to ensure i was comfortable & even supported me when I needed a parcel delivered from overseas. I cannot recommend this apartment enough & will definitely be staying there again.

It is a very nice apartment, well decorated and warm, the photos are consistent with reality, it also has an elevator. It is well located close to the old quarter, cafes and restaurants nearby and a few meters from train street! We had traveled with a baby, and to our surprise we were given a crib without even having requested it from the hosts. The hosts were superb, caring, available and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment, not to be missed if you are in Hanoi especially for this value for money!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would have done it. First of all, the apartment was spacious and incredibly manageable! In addition, the furniture was lovely to be in, which means a lot when there are children and some of the time is spent relaxing with them. It was close to most things you need to go to, in addition it is in a manageable driving distance to the rest! Hang is probably the best host I've ever met. Responds immediately, is proactive and really, really helpful. Something so crazy is that he had incredibly good bedding, which we wanted to get something many. He explained it was tailor-made and it can take over a week, etc. We had 2 days, and yet he offered to see if he could get us something in time. He was just too good! We will definitely come back to him if we end up in Vietnam again! 10 out of 10 from here!

Van Chinh's space is spacious, it's an apartment. It is located in a Vietnamese neighborhood. Close to several traditional businesses. And close to tourist areas. Van Chính recommended food spots and tourist attractions. She was always available. He knows a few phrases in Spanish. I highly recommend the place.

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

Stayed at Van’s place for just one night with my friends. We are amazed with the property size, and the fish pond right at the dining area. The kids enjoy feeding the fishes. The master room is separately located from other 3 bedrooms, providing additional privacy

Mike’s place is an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, super cozy, and so well-organized that it felt just like home. The room is filled with flowers and plants, and the private terrace overlooks a beautiful lake waking up to that view was incredible. There’s a proper desk for work and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, which made life easy. Best of all, the natural light, thoughtful lighting, and stylish interior design created the perfect atmosphere throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

There's a market pharmacy nearby.

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

i have stayed in a lot of airbnb places in many countries. this is one of the very best. I highly recommend it

Great stay, very clean and amazing location. Right next to the lake, with great restaurants only a couple minutes away.

The place is fully furnished, the host is enthusiastic and easy to communicate with.

The place was great and looked just like the photos, the views were great . The only problem was that it’s a little far from all the main attractions. Good restaurants were quite a walk away. There was also an intermittent bad smell in the downstairs toilet. Other than that everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay, the host had really clear instructions which made the check in process frictionless.

Good access to everything. This is a great location for business travelers.

The apartment was exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and well-equipped.We loved the view from the balcony.The kitchen was a bit small, but it had everything we needed.Our host Helen was was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided great local recommendations.We highly recommend it.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!
