Just what we needed for a quiet, easily accessible and easy to find location. Great value.

We lived for 1 month and 3 weeks in Son's apartment. The condominium is ideal for those who want to relax, have a quiet routine and still be able to enjoy a bustling city full of life like Hanoi. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook, work remotely and rest. The thermal pool is excellent, the supermarkets are good and the free bus is a great differential. Son is an extremely attentive, polite and available host. He takes care of every detail so you feel like home! There were many toiletries and cleaners, cell phone charger next to the bed, robot to clean the house, dishwasher and a great washer. We feel very welcome and recommend this Airbnb 100%. It was a pleasure to be here!

The neatly arranged accommodation made me feel comfortable. The host prepared plenty of towels in advance, and prepared the accommodation very diligently. I also stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis last month, but Metropolis was an inconvenient access system for facial recognition, but skylake gave me two access card keys, so it was really convenient to enter the accommodation. I especially liked the small chair and table on the balcony. I was able to feel the consideration for the customer.

It's clean and well organized to make sure it's newly prepared. It's a little far from the main road, so it's quiet in the morning. There are convenience stores and several grocery stores on the first floor of the building and around, so it's convenient, and there are also a few cafes and restaurants nearby, so it's convenient to stay at the accommodation. However, the convenience store here (CircleK) is closed at 12pm. Please note.

I booked this place for one night before I traveled to Phu Quoc and was very satisfied. I arrived late at night, there were clear check-in instructions and everything worked out great. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially in the evening when all the lights of the houses and cars could be seen. There was a washing machine on the balcony, and certainly a big plus for a longer stay. There were also mini markets and restaurants downstairs. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach.

The room looks bright and clean. It’s located in higher floor, so it’s much private. Close to place to buy groceries. Although there’s few items that I need. But the host is already responsive. Good.

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

Nguyen is an amazing host and the apartment is impeccable. Throughout my stay we maintained a close communication, everything worked perfectly and there were absolutely no issues. Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. This is a hidden gem. Although getting to the accommodation might seem a bit sketchy at first, once you realize that it is just a local alleyway you will get use to it. When you open the door you will be greeted with a modern kitchen and apartment. All the beds are comfy and will provide a great nights sleep. It’s located in a busy part of town but since it’s located between buildings it’s actually pretty quiet considering where it’s located. Ha and co host provide everything you might need. It is a 5 story building so be prepared to walk up and down. Not great for elderly or disabled folks. Overall this is a great place for a family or group of friends. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment for digital nomads like us: stable internet connection, dedicated workspace, daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The apartment had a washer and dryer, which is essential in Asia, ahaha. The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is the Lotte Mall with a cool food court and a hundred shops nearby.

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

Amazing Stay! The hosts are perfectly responsive with quick and helpful replies. The place itself is gorgeous and a really fun vibe to stay with friends and family. Location is also perfect with every attraction in Old Quaters less than a 10 minute walk. Great Experience !!!
