Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

Good place to stay, friendly host.

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

It went smoothly from check-in to checkout.The response when the toilet paper ran out was also quick and helpful.

i had a pleasant stay at Chau's place. The room was spacious, and the bed and sofa are comfortable. The place is also serene and private, while interior wise looks modern. I would recommend the place if you stay in Hanoi. Easy to check in and check out.

It's right in front of Koreatown, and it was clean and I had a good rest. I'll visit again next time.

Very great place. Just as shown on the pictures. The way they receive you and take care of you is exceptional. They are very friendly and take care very well of their guests! Def recommend everyone that wants to come to Hanoi

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay at Kien's apartment! His apartment was in a fantastic location, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and local businesses that spoke some English. This apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and looked just like the pictures as described. During my stay, I wanted to do a load of laundry since Kien's place included a washer. Since I was unsure on which detergent to use, Kien insisted to deliver a brand new bag of detergent. I greatly appreciate this kind gesture and amazing service. I do want to kindly note to others, that this apartment is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators in this building. This wasn't an issue for me, but could be a consideration for anyone traveling with heavy luggage. All the best and thank you for the wonderful stay Kien!

We had a fantastic stay, thanks to our incredibly proactive and kind host. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

Very responsive every time we asked for information. Thái and his team was great and helpful. The apartment itself is great, clean and lots of lighting. Specially they are pet friendly. My dog loves it there. Thanks team. We will be back.

Hosts always respond quickly and provide quick assistance. The room is clean and consistent with the picture, but the bed is a bit cheap, so it was uncomfortable to spread my luggage because my back hurt and there was no table in the room. It is very convenient because it is close to Midding, a Korean town, and there are both markets and restaurants in the building.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.
