The back fence opens up to a city park for your children to play or your pets to run. This house is in a quiet established neighborhood. Pet friendly. (Over 1 pet will be charged $50 for each. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. 3 seperate spaces. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this space. The amenities were exactly as stated. It was so peaceful surrounded by cornfields. You could tell the home was older but well maintained. All mattresses but the master were VERY comfortable! The master mattress was sizable. All provided linens and towels were soft and clean. The all wood antique furniture in the home contributed to the warm and homey feeling of the space. The air conditioning and the fans all worked great despite the Texas heat.
