Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Lovely property, top host and perfect site that the property is located on. The only comment I would have is the Spa is ran by an angry woman called Abbie and she is what I would describe as a fun sponge. If you plan to use the spa, be ready for it and it’s a real shame you are limited on time at the spa pools (but this is nothing to do with this property) They also have a hot tub coming soon, shame we missed it but we will be back!

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

We had such a wonderful stay! It was really special to be right at the heart of a beautiful Cotswolds village, especially getting to explore before any tourists had arrived. The cottage has everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen as well as bathrooms. The stairs are a little steep (although my parents managed okay), but just something to keep in mind for anyone who might struggle on them. Kam was great at communicating. Given that the parking spot is a little ways from the cottage, she clearly laid out how to find both with pictures and clear guidance. We lost reception once we reached the village so be sure to download the instructions before getting there (it happens something with accommodation so we were prepared). Kam also gave us some great recommendations and advice for our stay. Thank you again for everything!

Stay here! If you are visiting the Cotswolds, this is a great choice. Very unique but very comfortable ‘home’. The remodel is so tasteful and functional. The surroundings are gorgeous. The pub is walkable. Jacks Green is a great village, and we visited a dozen of them. One note: the roads are very narrow…caution when driving and walking. Overall, 5-star stay! Don’t miss this one.

What a gorgeous find! Isobel could not have made us feel more welcome or comfortable during our stay, and the house was absolutely gorgeous and well equipped. We had everything we needed to stay with our young children and dog, and enjoyed walking around the nearby woods. Plenty to do locally too - just wish we could’ve stayed longer! From the moment we booked, Jodie was responsive, friendly and more than accomodating. We loved our week stay in Bradford. Jodie’s place felt like a home away from home, very warm, welcoming and beautifully equipped and decorated. Extra bonus points for the gorgeous garden, large toy room and local playground / park! Our son loved his little Easter egg and book Jodie left in the hamper for him - thank you 🙂

We had a lovely stay at Jill's home. It is a wonderful house in a calm neighbourhood north of Bath. Easy to get to the city centre, lovely parks, restaurants and pubs. The house it self is wonderful. You feel at home immediately, and the garden is perfect for a sunny day. Jill was very kind, responsive, and always willing to help in any way she could. I'll definitely go back whenever I'm back in Bath. Thanks Jill for hosting us!

Stephen, was a brilliant host and made me and my family feel at home with a warm relaxed welcome. We had a brilliant stay at Oldford farm the Hayloft was well appointed and relaxing and my children loved playing on the swing and exploring along the river bank. Brilliant stay, wonderful location, excellent host highly recommend.

The cottage is stunning, it’s a beautiful home, super well equipped and furnished with high end finish - we fell in love with this house and would love it to be our home. The garden and views of BoA are beautiful too, would love to come back and stay again! 5 stars all round.

I booked the cottage as a surprise for my partners birthday and for a trip to Longleat Safari park, which is 15 minutes drive away. The cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The little touches of milk, tea, coffee and chocolates was very much appreciated as well as the children’s games. The cottage is peaceful, cosy and private. The beds were comfortable and bathroom spotless. Our host Gemma was friendly, responsive and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Thank you for having us.

William was ..responsive and friendly..it was a last minute booking and he kindly fitted us in The house is beautiful and such good value ..it has all you could need for all comfortable stay we totally relaxed in tastefully decorated rooms ..2 tvs which was great as we were multi generational guests ..the conservatory was super for dining and board games ..the beds were super comfy …and plenty of room and sitting for alfresco dining …the well equipped kitchen made making meals easy well situated for longleat stonehenge white horse etc we have family in the area so will definitely return ..thank you for a lovely stay

Beautiful location with views and lovely garden with wild flowers, accomodation spacious, super clean and has everything you need, with thoughtful extras like fresh flowers, local honey, charming hosts, there's nothing they haven't thought of. Friendly dogs too!
