Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the property, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging electric cars (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

Close to the bus and the city center, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Welcoming 40 sqm apartment with private entrance in a quiet residential area is rented out on Lade Grocery store and nearby mall. Short distance to the bus with frequent departures. Under 10 min by bus to the city center. 30 min walk to Solsiden and 17 min walk to EC. Dahls Arena. Short distance to the popular hiking area Ladestien with a lovely view of Trondheimsfjorden. In the apartment there is one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm). In addition, the sofa can be used as a bed by using a soft top mattress.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
