Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Upgraded apartment in idyllic Ranheim with large, sunny terrace and plenty of closet space. Included is parking in a carport with the possibility of electric car charging. Metro bus stop, grocery store and beautiful hiking trails nearby. As a guest you will also have access to a well-equipped gym just 50 meters from the apartment. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Trondheim city center, perfect for both short and longer stays.

Cozy rustic apartment just five minutes walk from Trondheim Torg and the city center. The event center "Trondheim Spectrum" is just three minutes walk from the apartment. This 85m^2 apartment contains one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a big livingroom.
