The appartment has a really great terasse with e stunning view towards Stresa and the three islands. Further the kitchen is well equipped so it‘s easy to cook your own dinner & enjoy the view. Only point: In summer it gets really warm inside because there are no blindes on the windows. But for us it was okay, we just left the windows open during nights & enjoyed the view.

Precise, available and super welcoming. Before we arrived, Mr. Giovanni kindly turned on the air conditioning, so as soon as we entered the room it was cool. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, with all the necessary services and in person it is even better. Definitely a quiet and comfortable place to stay in the surroundings of Verbania. if I have to go back to the area, it will be a point of reference!

This was a good sized apartment but there was a real sense of space due to the bedroom and lounge opening onto the magnificent deck. The house was spotless and it had everything needed. A supermarket across the road was useful for shopping and parking the car.

This is a beautiful hidden gem in lake Maggiore! Spectacular panoramic views from balcony and room. Perfectly setup for romantic stays and cooking your own food or bbq outside at the balcony. Filippo was a great host! Very helpful and responsive. Pack lightly as it’s a 4 floor walk up. We will definitely love to stay again at Filippo’s place!
