House holiday rentals in Tricase Porto

Schönes Haus, super aufgeteilt für drei Familien, da es drei getrennte Einheiten gibt und man sich so auch gut zurückziehen kann. Nachteil ist aber, dass die Küchen deshalb nicht sehr groß sind. Die Distanz zum Meer haben wir uns kleiner vorgestellt, man kann schon zu Fuß hin aber es ist (vor allem mit Kindern) nicht ganz so nah wie gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war super, sie hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und Garten und Pool schön und gepflegt.

Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza davvero esemplare da parte di Carmelo e Donatella che ci hanno mostrato e spiegato tutto e dato consigli utili su posti da visitare e dove mangiare bene nelle vicinanze. È stata veramente una bellissima vacanza.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser modernen, minimalistischen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa. Die ruhige Lage und der grosse Pool war perfekt, um zu entspannen, und doch waren wir in wenigen mit dem Auto an den schönsten Stränden von Salento. Dankeschön an Giulia und Michele, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

Geweldig verblijf van 3 weken in Villa Boho, mooi huis met zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Elke dag worden de kamers en het zwembad schoongemaakt. Geeft wel wat onrust omdat men niet op vaste tijd komt zoals we hadden afgesproken. Bij aankomst deed het warm water het niet en de lampen buiten deden het niet allemaal, na heen en weer appen werd er wel gelijk wat aangedaan. Uiteindelijk na 2 dagen hadden we voldoende warm water. De buitenverlichting werd ook gerepareerd. Huis mooi en de inrichting met smaak gekozen. Zeer goede bedden en kussens. Voldoende handdoeken en een badlaken. Wat jammer is dat de 3 kamers in souterrain niet verbonden zijn met het huis. Je moet altijd buitenom naar de huiskamer en keuken. Huis is voor maximaal 10 personen maar er zijn maar 4 ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Zullen zeker nog een keer bij deze host een huis boeken.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben tolle Tips von Emanuele für umliegende Restaurants erhalten und uns in nahegelegenen Supermarkt eingedeckt. Die Grillstelle ist toll, haben wir mehrmals genutzt. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön angelegt und wird toll gepflegt vom sympathischen Gärtner der ab und zu vorbeischaut. Mimo der Hausmeister hat sich um den Pool gekümmert, auch sehr sympathisch. Kleine Mankos waren ein paar Liegen die defekt waren, allerdings gab es noch genügend Andere da wir nur zu viert in der Unterkunft waren. Es gibt nur einen kleinen, einbetonierten Aussenschirm am Pool, das ist viel zu wenig Schattenfläche. Die Aussentoilette war defekt und die Außendusche hat permanent stark getropft. Ab und an kam ein starker Tiergeruch mit dem Wind zum Vorschein. Unterm Strich war es trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!! 🫶🏼

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle région. Le logement de Chiara est superbe ! nous avons apprécié son confort et son élégance ! Nous avons été sensibles à la décoration et aux teintes utilisées ! Le joli village de Diso est bien situé pour visiter le sud du Salento. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! merci beaucoup Chiara !

Luisa ist eine ganz hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie ist auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen und war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Es fehlt ein wenig an Küchenutensilien. Ansonsten ist sie schön gelegen, direkt am Meer. Der Zugang zum Meer ist felsig und das Wasser (im Juni) wunderschön klar🥰 Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist atemberaubend. Es ist nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Dorf, wo alles vorhanden ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir haben es hier geliebt☺️🌞

Siamo stati davvero bene nella Casa di Marinella, che è stata con me e la mia famiglia sempre molto gentile e disponibile. L’accoglienza è stata ottima , ci ha anche portato a fare un mini tour del paese che è davvero molto bello. Durante il soggiorno Marinella ci aggiornava sulle iniziative che avremmo potuto trovare nei dintorni. La casa , è esattamente come descritta e come si vede dalle foto , anzi meglio. Un grande terrazzo dove cenare molto comodamente , spazi interni molto vivibili e assolutamente adeguati per famiglie. Ci si sente davvero a casa. A pochi passi si trova il centro del paese con tutto ciò che può occorrere a portata di mano. Grazie di nuovo a Marinella 😀

Vom ersten Moment an, fühlt man sich in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Palazzo wie Zuhause. Die vielen Terrassen laden - je nach Sonnenstand - zum Verweilen ein, die dicken Mauern bewahren das Haus angenehm kühl, auch wenn draussen die Sonne runterbrennt und es ein perfekter Ort um runterzufahren. Giorgia und Letizia, herzlichen Dank! Wir waren drei Wochen hier und hätten noch einige mehr bleiben können. Jedem, dem wir in Parabita und den umliegenden Städchen begegnet sind, empfing uns mit einer Herzlichkeit, die wir selten so erlebten.

Situata in una posizione meravigliosa...ottima vista mare e sempre ben arieggiata anche nelle giornate di caldo torrido...ottimo per il relax...mare magnifico a 2 passi dalla piscina naturale, acqua cristallina e soprattutto l'abitazione e locata in una posizione strategica, nel mezzo tra castro e Leuca...nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissime insenature dove si può trovare la Comoleta solitudine e quindi godersi in pieno la bellezza del mare...per gli appassionati di pesca subacquea e di snorkeling e il posto IDEALE...titolate Tommaso e una persona disponibilissima e sempre pronta a consigliare posti e ristoranti per rendere le vostre vacanze una meraviglia...consigliatissimo

This was a very unique stay in a place with a lot of history and incredible views. It was very private and even though it was right in the center it was also very peaceful. You can walk everywhere. Giuseppe was a great communicator and helped us with our luggage as you have to park 5 minutes away due to the place being in the historic part. He also provided lots of recommendations and had the place stocked with plenty of water and snacks. He was also flexible with check in and check out. It was worth it!

We stayes three days at Davide's place and it was just amazing!! The moment we arrived, we felt like home - his family was so nice and welcomed us so warmly, explained everything and even offered some fresh figs from the garden. Also, the communication with Davide was easy and perfect in any way. He was available for any kind of request and replied within seconds. He provided us with tips for restaurants and the areas and he even called a bakery to ask if they could provide me glutenfree pastries. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and it is very spacious and the views over the ocean are incredible. Furthermore, Tricase Porto is a gem! I loved the harbour to swim in but it has also a beautiful Lido called Lido Ficó nearby and there is a place called Anam Terrace that is so cool. Also the famous Baia dei Turci is not far. In the evenings there are some nice fish restaurants and The town of Tricase is also so cute! I can highly recommenend to stay at Davide's!!

The little home is very very special, highly recommend to get back to nature. You have everything you need.

Federico hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns bestens informiert. Er hat schnell verstanden, wo unsere Interessen liegen und uns sofort mit weiteren entsprechenden Informationen versorgt. Am wichtigsten war uns der Ausblick auf das Meer, er hätte kaum besser sein können, fantastisch! Dazu das Rauschen der Wellen, Genuss pur! Etwas missverständlich ist die Formulierung “Rauchen erlaubt” in der Anzeige. M.E. sollte “Nichtraucherunterkunft” kommuniziert werden, da das Rauchen im Innenbereich nicht erlaubt ist. War natürlich kein Problem, die Zigaretten schmecken auf dem Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick sowieso besser… Der Besitzer des Hauses (Federico ist der Verwalter) hat uns gleichfalls besucht und ein kleines Geschenk gemacht. Das war toll von ihm! Ich empfehle die Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen, auch für Hundehalter!

Alloggio nuovo, ordinato con bagni e cucina pulitissimi. Ampio terrazzo dove passare piacevoli serate. Assolutamente impeccabile. La posizione poi è perfetta: sotto l’alloggio un piccolo supermercato con ogni necessità e poco lontano un fruttivendolo. La spiaggia a 3 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per due coppie di amici oppure una famiglia con bambini. Cosimo è stato gentilissimo e flessibile sia per check-in che check-out. Assolutamente vale il prezzo.

The place is a rare gem. The photos don’t do it justice. From the large patio you overlook the old centre of Otranto, a bustling quaint historical town. Yet the place is surprisingly quiet and very spacious, and has all the comforts you would want, including air conditioning in every room. We just loved our stay here. Very impressive. Stay at this one!

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

We had a great time - awesome furniture and super Italian. We loved it and would book it again. Great communication, kind host and just an amazing place.
