Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

We were to Villa Lavanda together with our 5 years old boy and the place and the people were wounderful. Manda and her husband helped us to have a great vacation taking into consideration that our luggage has arrived later: they gaved us beach towels and toys for our son. Than, one day, we received a very good pie, fig jam and juices. We stayed on the ground floor, it was great because our boy could play outside. The appartment has all you need. Everything is very close: the beach (5 min), the very good restaurants (10 min) and the supermarkets (5 min). We found a very quite bay, with no music and other temptations for the child. And the mountains are great for hiking even for a child. One evening it was a fest in the village with food and music. We didn't have a car but Manda's husband helped us for everything. It was our best vacation and we are intending to return next year.

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

the stay at this flat was everything we wished for. we chose it because of the beautiful view and terrace, and that was where we spent most of the time. a really beautiful beach is in walkable distance (2-3 minutes). the hosts were very nice and responsive, if something came up they answered instantly. they made us feel very welcome!

Amazing place! The apartment looked just like the pictures and the view was just stunning! The location was perfect, 10-15min drive to old town but there is a nice beach and beach bar just down the road. Would have been a plus if there were standard supplies like shampoo, clothing detergent, olive oil and spices so we didn’t need to throw it out.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!
