Beautiful apartment. Looked like the photos and had all listed amenities. Alice also provided some recommendations and we had a wonderful dinner at Geh Sem thanks to her recommendation. Very walkable location.

Appartamento molto carino e rinnovato, vicinissimo alla metro, a 10 minuti a piedi o ad una fermata di metro c'è anche un parcheggio coperto molto economico. Letto comodo. Il climatizzatore è di quelli portatili, non fissi a parete ma è comunque di dimensioni adeguate per raffreddare tutto l'appuntamento.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und war obwohl wir eine Stunde zu früh vor Ort waren innerhalb weniger Minuten da. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem und es gab eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Terasse ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mit einem günstigen Uber waren wir innerhalb 15 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt. Vor der Unterkunft gibt es viele Parkplätze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder her kommen!!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich unendlich viele Sterne geben. Yuliia ist eine super top Gastgeberin. Es war mehr als sauber und sie hat ein Gefühl für die kleinen Dinge, die einem Freude bereiten. Vielen vielen Dank. ❤️💙👌👌👌

Wir waren mehrere Tage bei Daniela zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber übergeben worden. Das Bett und die Couch im Wohnzimmer sind leider schon sehr lange im Einsatz, daher auch schon stark abgenutzt. Ein Tausch wäre hier empfehlenswert. Daniela war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und mit Tipps ausgestattet. Schlüssel wird über eine Schlüsselbox übergeben, die auf der anderen Straßenseite auf einer Laterne montiert wurde. Man bekommt eine gute Anleitung, um bei einer Ankunft in der Nacht die Schlüssel in der Straße zu suchen. Zusammengefasst ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Lejligheden ligger i et roligt kvarter og er meget som beskrevet i opslaget. Dog med en del regler om ro og hensyn til naboer (hvilket virker normalt at skulle og derfor også en smule krakilsk, når man ankommer som gæst og får en masse regler at efterleve). Derudover er det eneste minus, at sovesofaen i stuen (til 2 personer) er meget lille og ubehagelig at ligge på. Desuden kunne man ikke mørkelægge stuen, så der bliver også meget lyst - to ting der udfordrer de gæster, som skal sove i stuen. Der er kun aircondition i det ene soveværelse, og selvom der er en blæser på det andet, bliver det meget varmt. Det kunne være godt at få en aircondition i begge soveværelser. Men Marco var en god og meget responsiv vært, og vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold alt i alt.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

O apartamento é maravilhoso. Super bem localizado. Tudo repleto de charm e muito bom gosto. A cozinha super bem equipada, a sala é ampla, iluminada, arejada e confortável, tem livros muitos bons onde eu fiquei tão feliz e surpresa por achar Clarice Lispector entre outros grandes autores. A suite do casal e muito, muito confortável e o top 10 vai para colchão, travesseiro e roupa de cama, tudo absolutamente impecável. O banho é otimo. O apartamento possui ainda uma lavanderia que ajudou muito. O condomínio é muito sossegado e seguro e os porteiros sao dulcíssimos e gentis. Quanto a localização nao poderia ser melhor. Nós amanos muito e nos sentimentos em casa. Muito obrigado.

The apartment was really nice and comfortable

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Bel appartement . Un souci du détail dans le design et la décoration. Plutôt spacieux. Fabio fait vraiment de son mieux pour qu’on nous faciliter notre séjour.

L'alloggio e' esattamente come descritto, molto pulito e situato in una zona strategica per chi vuole visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Marco è stato molto preciso e disponibile nel fornire tutte le informazioni richieste. Consigliatissimo!!!

Modern updated apartment very close to Milan Central Station. Clear instructions for easy secure access. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and living space with smart tv. Host was always accessible to communicate with. I'd recommend this host and nice apartment!
