The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment on the second floor is very nice, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but in person the space is even more pleasant and welcoming. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to travel around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back. We highly recommend this place!

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The host Alice was very nice and helpfull. The apartment was just as described and in a nice walk able location.

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

We were looking for accommodation near Venice and not far from the sea, and we found just the right thing with this neighborhood. It is quietly located, but you can easily drive to the wide and beautiful beach in 5 minutes, and to the vaporetto pier in 10 minutes. From there, you can reach Venice and Burano in half an hour. Several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away. The small holiday home is newly built, with good kitchen equipment and a covered terrace. The two sweet cats of the landlady visited us regularly and were very happy to be petted.

Too bad it was cold but I loved the proximity to the sea. we should go back in summer!

Our stay at Giorgio's was perfect. The setting is beautiful quiet and bucolic which is relaxing after days in the crowds in Venice. The space was perfect. Everything was perfect thank you Giorgio!!

Daniela was very kind, flexible with the check-in schedule, explained everything to us, gave us a map and left us delicious things for breakfast. The place is even better than what you see in the photos, both the apartment and Lido himself are charming. The place was sparkling and very bright.
