Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Norra Åby - Newly renovated housing with rural location

This newly renovated (July 2025) house from 1940 is located in the countryside, with proximity to a small community with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. Fantastic nature with sugar beets, wheat, barley, rapeseed and other crops around the corner. Lush, secluded garden for barbecuing and relaxation. Two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom and large living room downstairs. Only 12-14 minutes to Smygehuk, TT-Line and Trelleborg, about 40 minutes to Ystad, Lund, Malmö and Kastrup. Close to Österlen. Welcome!

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places as well as to Österlen's various sights make it easy to get around by car or bus.
