Stugan har moderna faciliteter i badrum och kök och en mysig terrass i söderläge. Stugan har värmepump/aircondition och är vinterbonad. Nära till havet, restauranger, affärer och golfbanor. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
