It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

This place was absolutely fantastic, with amazing amenities, a perfect location just a short walk from everything you need, and the incredible host Sara, who was super responsive and made my stay incredibly comfortable—definitely a 10/10 recommendation for anyone visiting Tampa

It was a little confusing to find the apartment at first as we had entered into the wrong doorway from the parking garage. The apartment was very tidy. I would recommend updating the blankets and pillows as they were quite worn down. I would also recommend a small table on either side of the couch so that you may set a beverage on it. The pool was absolutely stunning. Everyone around us was very pleasant.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

Great location and a small, quaint 2 bedroom spot. Tranquil park across the street with a pond and a solid restaurant across the way when in a pinch. Had a nice walk to the Dali Museum, surrounding neighborhoods are great! Loved it

We picked this listing because we wanted a home base where we could hang out as a whole family. From the pool, to the comfy living room and dining room set up, there was always space for all of us. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals I've been to. From kitchen items to extra bedding and beach/pool items, whatever you can possibly need was there!

Place was great for our extended family vacation. It's in a local neighborhood that was quiet but still very close to the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable for everyone. The pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, grill, outdoor patio, and movie room. We appreciated all of the little amenities and stocked mini bar. We had two small asks that they addressed the very next day. The kitchen was well appointed and the overall floor plan worked really well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the Canary cove for a while with two toddlers and a baby. It was a fantastic experience! Jenn was super kind to us with all the extra baby/kiddo items. The place is stoked on toys and small child dinnerware and beach gear and so much more. It is very safe and walkable, very close to the beach. The house amenities and layout are also very convenient. Plus Jenn gave us lots of suggestions on what to do on our last day after checkout - super helpful! We loved it there and definitely will be back in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious home in Tampa! The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest after a day of exploring. The location was great, with plenty to do in the area. I was in town for the Metallica concert that weekend, and it was so convenient to get to and from the venue. Between the show, nearby restaurants, and local attractions, there was never a dull moment. The host was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back on my next trip to Tampa!

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Island Inn Resort #304 was the best room. Everything was perfect. Every little detail was thought out perfectly by Rebecca. Everything was spotless. Beach chairs and umbrella was much appreciated and made our trip that much more relaxing. We walked to everything even though it’s a mile or two, we didn’t mind because the spot was more of a private beach setting. Everyone was so nice and Rebecca is the best host!! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and felt truly upscale. The garage parking and elevator access were a huge plus, making everything convenient and easy. My husband, daughter, and I were all extremely pleased with the accommodations, the amenities, and the peaceful surroundings. We especially loved how close it was to the beach—just steps away—and the quick access to both St. Petersburg and Tampa. Laura and Jeff were wonderful hosts, and their place exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time and can’t wait to book again. Next time, we’ll definitely stay longer!

Philip was very easy to get in touch with. The location is perfect if you love walking to the beach, grocery store, or a restaurant. The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private area, the communal pool is awesome, and everyone you walk past is friendly. The king bed is comfortable, and so is the futon sofa bed - both firmer but not too hard if you're a side sleeper. The Kitchen is a good size if you're only 2 in there at a time. The beach wagon, multiple umbrellas and beach chairs were our favourite little add on. Thank you Philip for a great place to call home for the week.

The place was great - clean and spacious. Maybe a two block walk to the beach and beach items are provided. The grocery store (Winn-Dixie) and cvs are a block away although plenty of restaurants nearby. Rhonda was a great host and added great touches such as welcome snacks. The only minor drawback is the parking garage which is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had amazing stay! It was a long weekend get away for some rest and relaxation! The place was very clean and had everything as described. Lived the Adirondack chairs to use in the beach!!!! Thanks for a great stay. Hope to visit again!
